Pleasant and helpful staff. Place was clean. Very quiet. comfortable bed.

No breakfast available. Only one electrical outlet in the room. Borrowed an extension lead from reception. Telephone in room didn't work but I didn't need it anyway. Shower overflowed to flood complete bathroom which was quite funny. The water seemed to disappear somewhere however.

A great place to stay that balances a very reasonable price, huge, clean room, and location. The hotel is set back from the road, which is not busy at all at night anyway, so the room was suuuuper quiet at night. The room is basic...bed, chairs and a nice bathroom, but the reception area is great. Tons of books and comfy couches to read. Also, the staff were super helpful in setting up rides for me to Phanom Rung and to the airport.

There's very little to do at night in town, so if the hotel had an English movie channel, that would have been nice.

My girlfriend liked the large collection on Thai Manga books they had available.

The place is party central and there are no staff on hand to stop this. it is also dated and old.

Air Conditioner very good and bed very comfortable. Clean and great staff.

The hallway had many up and down small steps. Probably good exercise though. Very minor point.

The location was good and the room big.

The couch was torn, the bathroom was flooded after every shower, since the drain didn't work, there were spider webs everywhere ( wasn't cleaned thoroughly), no room service and rooms weren't cleaned a single time throughout the whole stay.

The place wasn't clean. There was housekeeping everyday but didn't clean the floor. The bathroom ceiling and shower head were broken, and so were the dresser light.

Value for money The room was ok, clean and quiet but there was no plug on the side of the bed and I cant use my phone while charging The location is not great because I had to walk a little bit far to get the money from the atm and also 7-11 Because Its old hotel and everything inside is quiet old like the bedsheets, pillows, and especially the hot water was broken I can not turn it off or adjust while taking a shower so I hope it connected to the ground system

We like the late night host. He was trying to give us some night-out suggestion. Also, he give some warning for the unsafe place to visit. So, we only visited the night market with some light dinner.

I cannot specify what I like about this hotel. Location isn't near anything and if you think to walk to convenience shop you have to rethink again. Parking space is another issue where you have to be fast enough to get the space as the hotel doesn't have enough for all the room. Welcome experience was hell. Staff didn't show any welcoming sense upon arrival. She maybe rush home after finished work.

Reservation is paid until the 14th day and leaving the hotel on the 15th. It took 15 days from me. I did not live on the 15th.

Good design. Comfy bed. Good air conditioning. Nice free coffee and ovaltine. Good location near the bus station.

The bathroom was a bit grubby signs of water damage from flooding.
