the view is very relaxing, my children enjoyed the sceneries and theres a lot of activity to do aside from relaxing inside the room.

Suggestion to improve the swimming pool. the location is already cold maybe the water in swimming pool should improve to somewhat hot for the children and elders to enjoy staying on the pool.

There wasn't much to like. The property (the surroundings, not the buildings) was nice. That's it.

I messaged them around 6 or 7 pm to say that traffic from Manila was very bad and I would be late. They never responded. I ended up getting there at midnight. No one was there, we called and called and waited an hour until someone finally came with the key. When I entered the room was really depressing. There were shed ant wings everywhere, all over the bed and there was an insect crawling through the toilet paper. The rooms and furniture are old and dirty, there are a lot of ants, the sheets and towels were stained. The water had rust in it. You could hear everything that happened outside the room. The last night they played christmas music non-stop throughout the night.This was such a depressing place to stay and was way more expensive than it's worth. It's probably not the worst place you could stay, but it's also not worth the price you pay.

The pool is very clean and we enjoy it!

There should be gravel be poured along the pathways, both for cars and for people pathways, the pathways and parking tend to be muddy when it rains.

The staff and location. The big balcony was nice. The restroom was ok.

1 night stay at the horror hotel ?. We stayed here 1 night bec the aqua room was not avail. (Their aqua room is nice huwag lng tlga sa hotel room) We transferred the next day. 1night stay I’m sorry but it was horrible. The hotel room looked like un maintained. One of the door lock was broken, the ceiling had something that looked like molds? The whole room looked old and kulob. I felt like I can’t breath well inside, I’m allergic to molds. And the tv well better bring your own entertainment like iPad.

The facility

I received a message that they will consider the arrival time and requested for a late checkout, but upon arrival it was not allowed though there are minimal guest.

The outdoor. It’s a huge property with great greens , trees and canopies. Great for families, friends, couples & team buildings.

Rooms could be remodelled, modernized & levelled-up I know you can.

Close to nature and relaxing

Need to have more activity options within the facility. One family member also had accident at their wooden bridge. Power also was fluctuating. Food also took 2 hours to be served at their restaurant.

Food was great! There's no food that we didn't like. All the staffs are kind as well. Not crowded and we almost had the whole place for ourselves. Maybe because we booked during off-peak season and during the weekdays. The ambiance is so relaxing as well - very good for mental health.

The whole place is massive but only a few activities for kids besides the pool. I hope there will be a kid's park in the future. The hotel room is quite old and it smells old too. They didn't seem to maintain the property quite well. Lights were so dim because the other bulbs are not working. Maybe the other cottages don't look like the hotel but I hope they will maintain or even renovate some parts of the hotel rooms. Some parts of the cabinet were falling off.

The staff/receptionist doesn't know how to handle a situation. Instead, she blamed booking for the wrong info on their site and me for using booking.com. They treat us like we are not a guest. Mismanagement, unorganized and they prioritize a bigger group of people than small family group.

Location was good.

Toilet didn't flush, very basic room for price, reception didn't open until 8am.

that my request for clean shower head was not followed. the room is a bit outdated and weary. the staff in the hotel hallway are bit noisy.its raining when we were there, lack of pathwalk and indoor activities.there ahould be security roaming around, one time someone tried to open our room they thought its there friends room it scared me a bit since they are foreigners.they book our room in between of those large group, these large group were noisy, slamming the doors and tried to open our unit.TV not working they put in a couple of movie thoughlack of souvenir itemssink in the bathroom is too lowthere should be a fan as an option if the guest would like to turn off the AC
