I like the location and accommodating staff.

I was a but disappointed about the swimming pool as it was not clean enough.

Friendy and accommodating staff

Install screen on the bathroom window and main door. There are mosquitoes and the room have to be sprayed with mosquito killer. Good that the staff are very helpful with our plight

The staff was nice and good.

Their service is poor. Asking a lot of fees that other hotel can give it as part of the package. The room is not what I expected at the price I paid. Not recommendable.

The garden and the pool

The room was really below par, tiny an ill appointed! Water heater in the bathroom wasn’t working. Value for money is nonexistent here. Breakfast was frugal very limited choices available.

No access to shower temp control. No place to put soap and shampoo. Had to put on shower floor. Could not use shower holder as the curtain is to short and water goes on bathroom floor. Hand held only

Rude staff. Very very expensive. We have to pay 750 pesos for the massage.

The friendliness of all the staff was amazing. They were very accomodating, and genuinely helpful. The food was tasty, although the breakfast could have been better. The bed was comfortable, and all the room amenities were adequate for an overnight stay after a trip to the falls.

The breakfast needs more improvement.

Convenient Location

Cockroaches, musty smell as you walk in, cabinet door broken even if didn’t use it, there’s a curfew time, you cannot just walk in and out if your accommodation.

Bacon was good. Staff friendly and polite. Owner hospitable and warm. Room was clean. Changed towels and soap. A/C worked well. Safe and clean environment. Great view of river.

Butter. They used margarine instead of butter. TV didn’t work with internet in room. Shower room drain was clogged. Asked to have fixed and no action.

4 star for everything but more staff training needed. I would recommend it for value

No safety box

the Breakfast was hmmm... more than basic at least. We loved the convenience of the place, the easy set-up in booking the Pagsanjan Falls Shooting-The-Rapids experience.It's also the only one with a good pool on the area. Proximity to the town proper was also good. Parking space was ample as well.

Place and service

The hotel was perfect for us as it was near to the river where we planned to engage in boating activities.
