Poor service (no assistance), bathroom drain clogged also the sink. The window lock is broken.

The tv isnt working and the bathroom lock as well. No wifi.

Location. Good views. Clean. Spacious rooms. Nice place for photo shoots. Nice lawn decorations.

Bathroom needs maintenance. Needs blanket not just bedsheets. No phones to call front desk. Lack of hotel personnel

It was a quiet place and our stay was good and had relaxed a bit though it was just for a day. It was a weekday so there isnt much customers. So we almist had the whole place for ourselves

No toiletries was issued to us although it was supposed to be provided for us. We asked several times but they just kept on saying yes, it will come soon.

staff generally come across as lacking in training and enthusiasm. leadership and eagerness to give a good customer experience are lacking.first room was unclean. fridge smelly and dirty.bathroom looked like renovation stopped halfway through! wifi is poor in communal areas and nothing in your rooms.

I love the food and I like the place

The tv in our room is not working and the shower is a bit off though its working.

The resort has a relaxing ambiance with a great view of the bay and surrounding mountains.

The rooms were not renovated long time. All are broken or almost broken, dirty and very uncomfortable.

but I don't like the private room that we booked I was expected nice because it's quite expensive then..T'was my first time to book the room without drinking water , soap,shampoo,tissue, toothbrush,toothpaste, the linens old and has stain..And the dining area full of flies trying to eat some of our foods.. Poor maintenance

I liked the view and the pool.

Booking online is not recommended, I had to book another room and costed me more and we only stayed there for one night instead of 2 nights.

the view is nice and very relaxing. food is 100% lit! so delicious!

1. room equipment is not that being maintained properly2. no enough electric socket for 4 people which is the capacity of the room3. bathroom not well maintained4. some staff are not friendly and dont assist customers. we were just given our room key and no one even bothered telling us where to find our room. 5. outdoor dining has so many flies. none of the staff assisted us when they saw us struggling to eat as we keep fanning our food from the insects. 6. balcony door in our room doesn’t lock!i actually expected more from Bakasyunan given that it already has its reputation in Tanay. and given that there are more places being established in Tanay, good customer service should still be prioritized in order to maintain your good name.
