The big pool. Nice vibe in the resort. Quiet, easy check in and check out

Free breakfast is OK. Brewed coffee is also OK. The huge pool is basically the main attraction, plus the jacuzzi.The family room is also nice.Overall accommodation by the staff is also a plus factor.

Parking, falling leaves, and flowers were irritating.

I love the room size, cleanliness and facilities - big and clean pool, ambiance and the indoor pool. Staff are accommodating as well.

Breakfast to add more selection on the buffet - also there were flies around the food.

The furnitures in the hot springs pool and jacuzzi ought to be changed, quite run-down. The big swimming pool is quite good, water very clean.

No elevators. I’m not a fan where the TV is for the 2-beds corner room. Too expensive and the location due to a sports event next door every night that’s very, very loud until late night.

Location was great and it was fairly quiet also clean rooms and the breakfast was very nice too

It didn’t have a refrigerator in the room and the outdoor pool was quite cold, also the indoor hot pool was in need of a cleaning nevertheless we enjoyed the pools

The staff was very courteous and willing to cater to our needs. The big pool hotspring was still being filled up and not ready for use, they allowed us to use of the private jacuzzi’s. We checked in late and they were willing to extend our check out time. They were very accommodating. They have excellent staff.

Some of the amenities need update, like tiles of the hotspring pool, it is old and outdated, floor in our room is coming off, water pressure is so weak in the shower.

Excellent staff, ambience, great view and good food.

Comfortable stay. We looked for a quiet location, not so far from Manila’s traffic congestion. Mt Makiling can be viewed in the pool garden. Nice staff

The air-con of superior room we stayed in was not so good. i hope they can fix it. There is no fridge in the rooms.

The pool was just like a tap water.. It wasn't hot at all.. Not well maintained cause it was dirty. I travelled all the way from Davao hoping to soak in a hot spring pool.. And I was frustrated..

Breakfast was okay. The staff were polite and will always greet you.

- Showers smelled like SEWERS!- My son and I got our allergies fired up because of the room we transferred to previously been fogged for mosquitoes. And we became sick. - The room we transferred from was infested with mosquitoes and the toilet was always clogged.- The showers were not good at all.- On the 6th of April was the day of our check out, I asked if they can arrange something nice for my husband during breakfast and the lady offered us a complimentary slice of cake then I agreed, and I told them if they could get arrangements as well and I will pay for then it would be great!Next morning came, and there was nothing. Not even a slice of cake. I asked the girl whom I spoke to, and her response was like “oh really they didn’t give?” and that was it.

Everything, & everyone, very clean & well-maintained, so comfy, quiet & relaxing ambience.

No foot rug in place, should be part of the initial room set up. Though, we didn't try to request.AC is somewhat mahina or maybe just has smaller capacity compared to room size.

The property is beautiful. We enjoyed the private and indoor hot spring pool.

The shower was not working properly in our room and water pressure was very low. It would be good to have more choices on the menu. The surrounding is very hard to see, the division between the levels of society.

Great ambience and view of the mountain. We liked having a private jacuzzi just outside our room.
