Situated in a good location. Many restaurants and eating places just nearby the hotel. Banks and ATM are also nearby.

Staff at the reception were helpful

Breakfast was bad with limited option. Staff at the kitchen were not good.Food at the table was open on which flier were roaming.Asked for cups and plate to provide at the room but they handed over to me.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful. Also, it was very quiet in the room. The location is 20 minutes walk from Vincom Plaza and 40 minutes walk from the museum. There are a lot of places to eat around.

I found it a bit difficult to have traditional Vietnamese dishes for breakfast and would prefer to have a wider range of European style food to choose from.

The hotel is very spacious and clean with a comfortable round shaped bed. The hotel reception staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast is minimal, but that being said, it is a very reasonably cheap hotel, and you get what you pay for I guess.

The rooms and bathroom were clean. Bedsheets and towels were also clean. There was breakfast option also, very limited but worth the money. Loved everything about my stay, going back.

1) This is a great hotel. We felt comfortable. The room was clean and industrial. 2) The staff helped us a lot. Van Anh offered us to book a bike and a transfer to Hanoi. We lost our wallet in the limo and called this beautiful girl to tell the driver about our loss. Van Anh helped us recover the lost wallet and was in touch all the time. Thanks! We are very glad that we have chosen this hotel and that it employs people who will not leave you in a difficult situation!

The room was of a good size and comfortable.

The fridge made a noise coming on every time, but that must just be looked at.

The location was a bit far from the river side, though a 10 minutes walking distance.There were eating joints and departmental stores in the vicinity.There were two smart boys at the reception, who always helped us with a smile on their faces.We were impressed with their warm heartedness.The boys booked us a limozine for our drop to Hanoi at a very reasonable price.The room was superb. It had all the amenities one could ask for. Complimentary drinking water, Toiletries and slippers.Room was spacious and had a window too.Complimentary breakfast was great. As we were vegetarians, options were limited. Food was however fresh and healthy.I would recommend this hotel with a "Thumbs-up".

Options of food in the breakfast could have been better for vegetarians like me.Hotel was 30 minutes drive to Ha Long Bay Marina.

The hotel looks nice but the service is unprofessional and subpar

We booked a junior suite and were given a key to a standard room, which was apparently by “mistake”. For breakfast, we chose the egg & sausage option, which tasted of fish?? We also booked transport to another city through the reception and were given an incorrect price so the driver kicked us and our bags off the bus halfway through our journey!! Luckily, we had extra cash with us to pay him (almost 50% extra than quoted, each!!). We contacted the hotel and the receptionist hung up on me and cancelled our booking so we couldn’t leave a review. This hotel may look like a good place in pictures but the service is absolutely unprofessional and all but one staff member don’t speak English. The location is outside of the main zone in Ha Long so you won’t get free transport to the cruise port either- you’re better off staying somewhere else!!!

Quiet location and close to the center. can walk to the sea road and see the mountains.

gentle hotel staff. they helped us to wash 1 big bag of clothes at a very cheap price. I have not seen laundry service in any hotel so cheap. The right kind of customer support.

we see care from all hotel staff. they support and help us a lot. Vietnam is very friendly. Ha Long Bay is beautiful however we arrived at a time when it was a bit rainy.

hotel gave us early Check in at 930 after arriving at 6 off the overnight bus. 300,000 for two very large bags of washing /laundry turned around in a 3/4 of a day. good hairdryer. good towels.

little finishes like gaps in shower leaking on floor tiles not finished etc says it can take card but none of our cards worked even though they have everywhere else. then said we could pay in usd on bill then said we couldn’t and had to go cash point to get more money out. got charged 50,000 for withdrawal here most than elsewhere previously. choice at breakfast very limited and basic. bed sheets didn’t smell clean asked maid to change she got fresh ones out and still smelled think laundry is boiled no fabric conditioner marks on laundry etc even though clean. if you are given room 205 say no the maids use this area from 5am onwards to sort all laundry out were sooo loud wide awake from this time onwards really made for rubbish sleep no lie ins here !

breakfast was pretty limited, but ok.you couldnt access your ‘balcony’no shower screen which is insane, no idea how you are supposed to have a shower without flooding the bathroom

The staff was absolutely amazing - helped us organise Ha Long cruise, called for a cheap driver when needed.
