The breakfast is banh mi that self made by the owner, and it's just perfectly well made and tasty. The owner make sure our banh mi just fresh from the kitchen since we come right away after Halong Bay marathon.Some of my friends are muslim, and the hotel banh mi left a good impression to them. Another side dish like fruit and cake just good too, but the banh mi steal the highlight.Apart from that, the room are spacious.It looks like new hotel since hotel is clean and. the owner are helpful too. Just ask them if you need help

The rooms are really modern and clean, we liked the beds in the twin room as they were big and comfortable. We also checked in really late after contact with the owner. We used the laundry service and our clothes were returned in a couple of hours, which was fab

There is a large electric billboard for SunWorld opposite the hotel, which is lit brightly and plays loud music until 10pm every night, which is slightly annoying. We booked a day trip boat tour through the owner and it was really bad.

The room was lovely, clean, modern, secure and homely. The proprietor Trung was an absolute star. He arranged a 5 star cruise at Halong bay for us which was great value, 7 courses and I couldn’t manage dessert. The food was out of this world! He also arranged us a private car to Nimh Binh at an excellent price compared to other options. His family are adorable too. A proper family hotel that genuinely have your interests at heart without ripping you off. I would definitely come straight back here as a first port of call and it’s in a central location to all amenities and excursions. Thank you so much for all your help. ❤️

Like every hotel I’ve experienced in Vietnam after 8 days, they don’t put milk in their tea but there’s a mini mart 30 seconds around the corner so not a big deal.

Room and bathrooms are big in size but there is a lot of noise from outside as it's located near the main road. Couldn't sleep in the afternoon due to honking of vehicles and loud noises from road. It gets better in the night but won't recommend if you are a light sleeper. Also on requesting the man at reception for a quieter room, I got a reply that it is not his fault if the noise is coming from outside and I should plan a holiday in Iceland instead!! Very rude

breakfast was amazing, the hosts wife went above and beyond when we said no meat and the cheese bread was so yummy! The owners helped us sort a cruise and an overnight sleeper to Da Nang - he is super helpful and they are a lovely family. They have a laundry service and fixed my trousers, nothing was too much trouble. The place is ideal for Sun World and its why I choose it and it had great reviews. Everything is brand new, beds are super comfortable and the shower is amazing - nothing to dislike about this hotel or the hosts

the only thing that bugged me a bit was the electric bill board across the road - it was loud and it was advertising Sun World BUT it went off at 10pm so didn't affect my sleep so wasnt really an issue in general. I would 100% book this place again if I was to return.

Lovely room, very clean. The hosts were amazing very kind and helpful. Perfect location in between beach and restaurants and shops. Room was just perfect for what we wanted.

Great hotel, very good value for money! Location was great fro exploring Halong. The room is very spacious, and the bathroom was great! We enjoyed the breakfast that was made for us daily. You can book any trips to Halong bay through the hotel, which is great.

Hotel is near the amusement park and some night clubs, so there can be loud noises late at night.

We had a great stay here for one night on a weekday. We booked a Deluxe Twin Room. It has a modern design, very spacious and pristine.The staff is accommodating. They served us a delectable breakfast.The location is very accessible to the cruise port, sunworld and resturants.We will definitely recommend to friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The family that runs it is incredibly kind and helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. Breakfast is freshly prepared by the owner, and it was absolutely delicious. Our room was spacious, bright, and very clean, with daily housekeeping ensuring everything stayed fresh. A huge thank you for helping us arrange a cruise directly from Ha Long and even driving us to the port. They also assisted us in booking a bus to Hanoi, which made our trip so much easier.

The WiFi tends to slow down significantly in the evenings, sometimes even cutting out completely. If you need a stable connection for evening calls or high-data activities, this might be an issue.This is more of a note for travelers: February is still off-season, so the sky is often gray, and the tourist area of the city feels almost deserted. All the action (shopping malls, markets, and people) is across the bridge. However, the bay itself is still breathtaking and absolutely worth visiting!

Very spacious, comfortable and clean rooms that look like new. The location is very good, across the Halong park and gondola and close to lots of eateries, cafes and such. Great value!

The room was huge, very clean and modern. The staff were super helpful, they booked us a boat trip and dropped us off and collected us from the port, made us a lovely breakfast each morning and made myself a vegetarian option. The location is great too. Would definitely stay again.

Little bit of noise from across the road but doesn’t go on late and didn’t effect our sleep

The rooms were extremely spacious and look just like the pictures. They had everything you'd need and were cleaned every morning. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and were able to check in then.

1. The hotel is located near the Sun World Ha Long. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It is very convenient to eat, drink and having fun.2. The room is clean and comfortable, the space is spacious, and the owner is very friendly. It is a simple pleasure.

An excellent value for money!The room was clean and spacious.It’s conveniently located just a short distance from Sunworld.The breakfast was delicious.The owner went above and beyond to assist us with organizing our cruise and Hanoi airport transfer. Thanks to his thoughtful help, we managed to fit everything in, even with such limited time in Ha Long

great comfortable rooms in a good location, right next to sun world. staff are friendly and helpful and it’s a nice clean hotel

only issue would be the air con is directly to your face in bed and so finding a happy medium to sleep was difficult.
