Pros +
- Quiet at night. Clean and comfortable. Had bedside lamps and plug in points. The manager was very helpful so don’t hesitate to ask him about anything. Many thanks for booking our bus to Nam Dimh even if it didn’t take us all the way to the train station.
- Area was great, near the water, parks, malls and transportation, lots of eateries etc. quiet at night and walkable to lots .
- Great location, as we came for the Halong Bay marathon. Close to start and finish. Near enough to pier, mall, market and lots of food too.
Cons -
- It was great but the front of the outside of the hotel is now different as they are starting to build another hotel next to it. To be fair it didn’t bother us as we heard no construction noise whilst we stayed there.
- Only thing would be a breakfast but well supplied in your room for snacks etc.,also friendly and helpful staff

All great
The personnel is extremely nice to the point that I forgot an item and they sent a courier all the way to Hanoi for me to pick it up and took care of everything! Thank you sooo much for everything!
The room was clean and big, and the hôtel well located. Plus the staff is super helpful, thanks a lot Mister Sam for your nice advice !
Windows should be cleaned, they were very dirty and it's a pity because thé view is very nice. Also curtains are old and damaged. Some refresh need for the bathroom
Rooms are clean and air conditioned.
The location is a bit in the middle of nowhere. However, it's a cheap cab ride basically anywhere.
We like itself location, near Halong Market and just few steps of walking to the Halong park.We can easily walk to QuangNinh museum
It’s 2 stars hotel, and after 7 years it is old too but in anonymity hand, it’s good price to stay and enjoy the charming of Halong city
Love the location close to the park, you can exercise and walk around the ho co tien( angel pond) Few minutes walk to the seafood market and all the street food around. The most helpfully and friendly staff, I wanted to rent a motorbike for afew hours in the evening, they didn't have one so the staff lent me thiers also they just charged me gas money. Thank you I will come back and recommend. Five star value and hospitality
It's an incredibly clean, modern and spacious hotel. The manager is so, so nice and communicated everything and told us we could call him at any time. When we missed our free breakfast, he offered us a free lunch instead. A group of us stayed over NYE and we were accommodated for all our needs. This place is amazing value for money and the staff are great.
Nothing. It's the perfect place for an overnight stay in Ha Long.
Central location
Staff is not really hospitable, not professional in tourism industry
