- I highly recommend this establishment. We were able to arrive late at night. Thao welcomed us very warmly. The room is clean and very well-equipped. The room was exactly as shown in the photos. Thank you very much to Hung and Thao for their hospitality. Also, we were able to do our laundry in one morning directly at the hotel and our clothes smelled incredibly good.
- The room was lovely, a really comfortable bed and great facilities. Staff were amazing. Nothing was too much for them. Would recommend staying here.
- Very nice and modern hotel. Breakfast was fresh and hot. We loved our stay in there. Highly recommended? Staff is super friendly and helpful. Always smiling
Cons -
- "Breakfast buffet" was severely lacking. It's not a buffet, they make what you want to order but options very limited and unclear.
- EVERYTHING!! Severe staff harassment!! Different staff chasing me around the lobby, begging, forcing me to rate them 10 stars, even offering me refunds and discounts etc and asking me not to rate them here etc. Just an embarrassment. Worst hotel experience I've ever had!
- All was great, staff made sure I had everything I needed for trip and helped book boat and taxi ect

Terrible staff harassment

This was an extremely well presented and comfortable hotel offering fantastic value for money. Conveniently located in the heart of Ha Longs new development area it was the ideal spot to access the International Cruise Port for tours and trips around Ha Longs Heritage Bay (1.2Km away). All the staff were extremely nice and very helpful which is important, especially when offering advice on a range of suggestions for places to dinner.
Great people, quiet place. Really nice after ho chi min crowd
All was great, staff made sure I had everything I needed for trip and helped book boat and taxi ect
Really nice staff always smiling and always helpful with everything. I got a free room upgrade as it was low season while I was there. Spotlessly clean, everything modern, nice amenities and quiet location. The staff recommended restaurants nearby, these are a few km away, a short trip by bike or taxi.
Upgraded and suite was excellent, staff on front desk were amazingly helpful.
The hotel is beautiful, all the staff are super attentive and friendly, offering to help with anything you may need and booking taxis, buses and tours for you if you’re interested. Also the beach is only a 5 minute walk away, and located next to a gym+yoga venue which is very reasonably priced. Also we got a free room upgrade when we stayed! Also they gave good recommendations for places to see and walk while we stayed.
I stayed here for two nights and the hotel’s staff is great! Special thank you to Linh from the front desk, who has been amazing giving me advices where to go/how to get there. Also, the staff helped me to rent a scooter. The room has A/C and it’s very clean. The hotel it’s also very close to the beach.I highly recommend it!
The property is really nice. The stuff is helpful and polite. Can recommend good places to eat. By the beach

Nice and quiet view, the location is near from popular destinations. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Would like to stay here again.
The staff and the hotel is clean.Basic room for a night's stay is sufficient. Love the hot rainshower
The air-conditioning in our room was not working well. But bcos we were only there for a night we didn't ask for a change. But our friend's room was great. The area around the hotel is quiet but it is not far from the town.
Exellent!!! The staffs are very friendly and helpful! They helped us to book the tour and suggested us some famous places for tourists. The rooms are clean and beautiful! The wifi is strong is big plus point!
Location was 100m from the beachside. Perfect location away from the loud touristy area.Staff went well above service expectations. Room was amazing for the cost. Will definitely book this location again.
