It was good price. And clean, looked new.Good overnight when you are waiting for halong cruise.

Noise from two big parties on beach, where is no one.Whole neighborhood was deserted. Lot of abandon building nearby also big plaza which is completely abandoned. Lot of construction around.

I intended to change to 2 rooms before arrival but then I made up my mind as the family room is quite large and can accommodates my family of 6 including 1 child.The staffs are really supportive. Laundry is done and returned sooner than any other hotels that I’ve ever stayed.

No breakfast, but it’s okey to walk a bit for breakfast nearby.

The room was too small for family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids). The rate was too high for that room size and the fact that there is no breakfast included

The nearby beach club was very loud but the hotel has good sound insulation so it didn’t keep me up at night

Nothing. Just to be aware ha long was quiet and pretty dead so not much is open for breakfasts and other things like that. But ideal stay for a night before a cruise.

Friendly and helpful staff, the room was clean and comfortable , it’s close to everything by max 30 minutes walk.

Do not stay if you wish to sleep. Rude owner.

Complained about the noise and asked to be moved to another room. The noise was insanely loud. Staff were unwilling to help. The owner then cancelled the room to prevent us leaving a bad review. Told us we wanted to sleep we should have stayed in a resort. This would have been great to know before hand. Nothing stated it was a noisy area. I told him he needed to u cancel it before we would pay. He told us we were the worst tourists he'd ever had and to get out the hotel and we could deal with the local police. Had no issue paying just wanted the room uncancelling. Didn't appreciate the rude aggressive replies. Worst hotel experience in 11 months backpacking.

The hotel is new, the owner; Kate is very friendly and genuinely helpful. She guided us on the places lf attractions, and she helped us organized a one day cruise tour, picked up and dropped off at the hotel.Location of the hotel is walking distance to the beach and the other attractions such as the seafood restaurants, the Cruise Port, convenient store, cafes and restaurants.A nice cozy hotel, and most importantly the room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was hot, and air-conditioning was good too.We’ll definitely be back again of we ever visit Ha Long Bay.

This hotel was gorgeous, and clean and comfortable. It is relatively new and the area around it is new and a nice wander about. The bed was comfortable, we had Netflix and YouTube on the TV, and the bathroom was really nice. Staff were lovely and helpful when needed.The area itself may seem quite quiet but there is a shop really close by and it’s only a 10/15 min walk to beach, and a 5/10 min walk to busy area with restaurants and bars.

Only issue we had was the power was out on our first day for a few hours during check in until about 8pm.

It was very clean and we loved our room, ended up extending for an extra night too!

This place is exceptional. It has very good value for its price, and the room is super clean. The owner has been so nice and helpful, giving his time to be at our service. Thank you very much!

The hotel is new and it's located 3 blocks from the beach and about 2 miles from the Downtown. I stayed in the 4th floor, so I could see the Islands from my room. The room and the bathroom are very spacious. It has a kettle, refrigerator, water and tea or coffee every morning. They also have plenty of closet space and the bed is super comfortable. The room was cleaned and the bed made everyday. The administrator is the key component on this place. Kate will do whatever is needed to make your stay pleasant. Because of the holiday mostly everything was closed, so she got me food at the local markets, booked all the transportation and tours that I requested and even drove with me to the pier or park. She is very caring and a hard worker. I do recommend this place.

Milash Boutique Hotel is very close to SunWorld Ha Long, within walking distance to the amusement park and food court. The hotel is clean, the equipment in the room is high-class and new. The receptionist was really enthusiastic, giving detailed instructions on finding best local restaurants with very good prices. Hotel is on the quite road, so you can have very peaceful time during your trip. In addition, if you need to travel far, you can rent a motorbike at the hotel to get around. Very impressed with the room quality and service.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They booked inexpensive taxis for me to get to my meeting and dinner later that evening. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

The bathtub with jets was very nice but it would have been nice if there was a hook for the shower head so you could shower without holding it the whole time.

Friendly and helpfull employees. Very new building, room amd furniture. Location was good, empty on the streets but walking distance from beach and harbour.

The room could have been a bit cleaner, hot water was limited (not enough to fill the bathtub).

This is an excellent hotel for the price. Room is very comfortable and clean. Great shower. friendly staff.
