HARMONY HALONG HOTEL

Good location. Accommodating staff

Leaking bathroom sinkSome guests are smoking. I can smell the smoke in my room and along the corridors.

The location and the price. It has elevator

It's not that new, yet as long as it's clean, it's okay. I'm not sure if the shower has hot water.

Location was great, Rome were big

No AC on common areas

I had a very pleasant stay at Harmony Hotel. The room felt like a studio apartment—spacious, clean, and comfortable, much better than I expected. The daily cleaning service was excellent; every morning, the room was tidied up and fresh towels were provided. What stood out the most was the staff. The receptionists spoke English well, which made communication smooth, and they were always professional, polite, and ready to help with anything I needed. The housekeeping ladies were also incredibly kind, warm, and attentive. Their friendliness truly made the stay feel more welcoming. Overall, I would rate my experience 5 out of 5.

Friendly staff and manager. Helpful with showing me around the town. Amazing experience.

Great location not near the main road, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Great value and spacious room

The spring mattress was sliding on the bed frame, the sheets weren't perfectly clean, and the shower hose was little damaged but worked. The smart tv wasn't smart enough so couldn't cast from my phone, and it had only VN channels. These were the only nitpicks I had

This area isn’t really for international tourists, but it was fun and friendly. Lam at reception helped out with transport and a boat trip to Halong Bay. The Hotel was immaculate, bathrooms were good and beds really comfy.

Very nice hotel. Good price, comfy beds, nice bathroom

No items in the mini bar

Clean room and hotel too but away from Attractions only museum is nearby. No food at all, no breakfast only tea kettle in the room but no cream or milk just a flavoured black tea.

No food at all , nearby restaurants offers only pork dishes and major language problems all over Vietnam

Exelent location, very clean, staff very helpfull and very kind. Strongly recommended ?

location is great only 6 minutes walk from a very good corner shop and 11 from a lovely view of HaLong waters.

Bedroom was very big and bathroom clean however on the bed in multiple places were dirty with what looked like either blood or chocolate left on the bed. When our room was ‘cleaned’ whilst out they never replaced the bedding with the dirt on.

The hotel was great. The room was big and comfortable and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend to stay here.

Friendliest personnel, great location, very clean and cozy room! 10/10! Planning to stay here every time we travel Ha Long! Thank you for everything!

Spacious and well situated. Reception staff was very kind and helpful.

Hair, in the towels, in the drawers, in the bed, on the chairs....hair everywhere. On a Sunday morning at 7.30 they used power tools to drill right above the rooms...

Great location right in the center. Nice staff and easy parking space

Location was really good but they are building a large hotel that will affect the view

We had a few ants

Lovely room and very clean, bed was comfy and it was good value for money. Bathroom was good too.

Nothing. Only exception there is not a restaurant and breakfast is if you order the day before.

Friendly staff, clean and good location.

Very friendly and helpful staffGood to stay close to the start /finish of the Halong Bay MarathonThe room was great, not many amenities available in the hotel

Very well maintained with a great feel to the building, very spacious and open with Marble columns and arches.
