Spacious room, convenient location, nice, friendly and helpful staff!

Good location

The toileteries would have been better. The shower gel was nothing left in the bottle, the hair sham is was just alittle. This was not good. I wished i could see the staff after check in, they were nothwere to see

Nice and quiet and good value for money

Despite choosing the more expensive double I didn't get the best view rather the backside.

Great location and lovely big rooms If your looking for somewhere to eat while in taun chau go to no1 chill bar on beach

Room is clean, spacious, balcony. Toiletries and towels provided. Air conditioning unit and hot shower good. Beds are clean, spacious, firm mattress. 2 water bottles given. Water jug working well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Price is very affordable. Good enough if plan is just to use room to shower, and rest. Quiet environment.

Hand soap dish not available, so had to put hand soap on sink top. Water seeped through from shower area to toilet bowl area. No coffee/tea provided. Should replenish towels, toiletries when making bed the next day. Guess you get what you paid for.

Clean big room

I visited during low season and the hotel clearly had a lot of rooms available. When I asked to change my room to another one with one bed, the staff refused.

The bed was big and comfortable

No one was on reception when we arrived… it felt closed. It was very unwelcoming

It was exactly what we needed. Comfy & quiet sleep and very close to the ferry port. The staff were great helping us find the port.

It's a bit of a dead place but we weren't there for the vibes of the town

The staff is friendly even though they barely speak English. It’s close to the harbor.

It has nothing to do with the hotel, but it is hard to find restaurants or cafe nearby, because all the places close when the ferry trips end.

Room are really big, comfortable for sleep. close to the Port.

staff cant speak in English, we feel so helpless during our stay. During the night we stay, we try to ask room service after 11pm , no body pick up the call, so that I try to go lobby find some help, and release they close the main gate of hotel, feel quite bad with this, because me n my husband imagined that if having fire case or something bad happens, we couldn't leave the building at all.

The location was good and the shower

The fact we had to pay in cash without being told first The receptionist did not provide a receipt and struggled to communicate effectively with us. The fridge still had half drunk milo from previous guests and the value for money was not adequate

The staff was friendly.

It was not hygienic. The bedsheets had stains on them. Although the location appears good, it takes a long time to get to the other side of the marina. It all seemed also very dead.

Nice location to get the ferry to Cat Ba island and the staff is friendly. Good value for money.

It poured during our night there, and some rain entered the room. No food is available at the hotel.

the property itself was nice, only issue was the restaurants outside. It is better to go into the city. just a short taxi ride.

Very clean, good sized room with comfortable bed and air conditioning. Comfortable pillows.

No hot water at all. We had to have cold showers. We paid extra for breakfast which was very poor.

Lovely view from the balcony of Ha Long Bay.The receptionist was very friendly and we managed to communicate using our phones.Good location to get the ferry

The area at the port has limited options of places to eat.No breakfast at the hotelNo night life.O

The room was very big and clean

I think we were out of season and beach facilities remote. Not over the road as thought and had to walk 20 minutes to beach bar with beds.

The view

1. No one spoke a word English 2. this place is absolutely dead not a person in site for days ( not hotel fault ) 3. the hotel was completely empty 4. no water, toilet roll or clean towels provided from after the first day 5. demanding payment in cash when it says you can pay on card 6. after checking out the hotel they then completely closed up with shutters down within 10 seconds of us leaving 7. WiFi was terrible even tho we was the only people there 8. AC worked when it wanted 9. woke up to a member of staff on my balcony hanging clothes out, completely no sense of privacy given to guest

It is well located and staff were nice although the place is lacking places to eat ( besides some local eateries) . This whole area at Halong Bay seems to have had a big impact after COVID, many hotels closed, and buildings under construction

There was a creaky sound like metal rusty door opening coming from next to our room
