Very comfortable

Excellent hotel

Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. Hotel facilities were very good. The gym could have been better if it were inside. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel looked very nice and the room was very cozy. Location was near the beach and during our stay there were fireworks which is very nice to watch on rooftop.

There was a time during our stay that electricity keeps going off. Loud music from the beach club. Laundry was very expensive as it was per piece.

High standard place with very good breakfast

The laundry service is charged per item which is exceptional expensive - bether use one of the services on the streets if you have multiple items.. it's 6x cheaper.

Adorable place with wonderful staff. Loved the hotel ambiance. Staff very polite, professional and helpful.

The hotel was clean, beds comfortable , and a great breakfast.

Breakfast was great, so were the meals we had. The rooms were great though the suite takes a bit of time to cool.

Pool timings. The pool closes at 6 Pm!!!! In a hot country a rooftop pool should be open till 8 at least!!! Noisy, but then it was vacation time and we had a lot of loud kids running about, Not the hotel's fault, tho!!!!

Not a singular thing

This hotel is amazing!!From the lobby entrance, the restaurant, the coffee shop, the rooftop pool and bar to the rooms it was exceptional.Our room was stunning, with a huge bed, which was so comfortable with luxurious sheets.The staff were all so friendly and helpful.The location is great, 5 min walk to the beaches for a swim, with lots of bars and restaurants.There are also many restaurants nearby. It's a 15 mins taxi ride into the main part of the cityIncredible value for money.I thoroughly recommend that you stay here!

Very luxurious with huge beds

Location was a bit out of Ha Long which we knew and just enjoyed exploring the area.

we had dinner in the hotel one evening, which was disappointing considering we enjoyed the breakfasts and other aspects of our stay. The dining room was exceptionally quiet of an evening and I don't think they are used to people dining there, although we were fairly early in the season (april)

Clean modern hotel, probably the best in that area of Ha Long.

Nothing to add re hotel. Wasn’t keen on the loud music coming from the beach clubs.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, staff helpful and always friendly. Breakfast great. The toilet is something else, never thought a toilet would be worthy of a mention in a review, but it really is!

Shame about how many empty properties are around, the place would be buzzing and have a very French feel if open.

Exceptionally clean, great facilities, pool, gym and overall feel.

Location is sort of in the middle between 2 busier areas of Bai Chay. Personally I would stay in old Town over the other side of the bridge if I went again.

Out of the 19 TV channels all were Vietnamese and yet the clientele were mostly Western Tourist. Sometimes it’s good to keep in touch with the world news or relax with a movie.

Fab hotel. Large room, big bed, great breakfast, lots to choose from. For what we paid this is a really nice hotel. Pool on the rooftop as well with good views.

Don't use the restaurant for dinner, one and only thing that was poor. Completely forgot to bring one drink for the meal and the meal didn't look anything remotely like the photo in the menu. Shame as apart from the above this really is a great hotel just go somewhere else for dinner.

It was a beautiful property with great employees. I have nothing but excellent things to say. From the professional service to the good breakfast to the beautiful room it was an absolute pleasure.

One of the few hotels open in the area. Stylish hotel with well-designed and visually appealing interiors. Generous and delicious breakfast included. The staff was not very friendly or welcoming, and came across as rather indifferent compared to the warm hospitality we experienced in other hotels across Vietnam.

This was our favourite hotel experience of the whole Vietnam trip. Luxury at an affordable price-we wished we stayed there longer to explore this peculiar city- a surreal wonderland with no one there???? The breakfast was amazing with a perfect choice for all tastes.
