Palette Collect's Boutique Hotel Ha Long

The property was easily accessible and exceptionally clean. We were upgraded and had a great time. A special mention to Ha for her help and warm hospitality.

The location was about 20 minutes from Tuan Chau Marina where we took a cruise. The area was very quiet and a short walk to the beach and night market.

The staff was exceptional and the rooms were spacious. There was also a large common breakfast area where guests could congregate at other times, such as dinner. We used an area in this space for our group of 14 to meet, eat, and just get together. Thanks to Khanh (day manager) and Hieu (night manager) for helping with everything we needed.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very nice. They organized our ha long bay cruise experience the day before and kept our luggage a little longer before we left. Also good options of transport to go to our next destination.

We came here in low season and the neighborhood was a bit of a ghost town. Lots of transportation options everywhere though, easy taxi ride to more active areas.

The property itself is nice! But sometimes the beach bars are a bit loud at night for units facing that way. We used earplugs and slept fine though.

Beautiful place. The reception girl and the male were super helpful!! Do everything to book buses, tours, give places to go etc. Price was great. $15 usd. Room has water everyday. Clean towels. Balcony. Fire work on weekends can be seen from window balconies.

Weekend music from near by was very loud but ends around 11 or 12. It’s not the hotels fault. But they(hotel )should have police or city cut down the sound. Report this as it will affect the hotel business.

- About 10 min to Sunword & Halong Bay Cruise terminal - Nice and friendly receptionist Ha made a difference to the stay- the rooms are very nicely decorated. Appeal to Millennials and the modern at heart- stays on Sat Maybe able to see fireworks from Halong beach party area

The receptionist Ha is an absolute delight. She is great at her job , made us feel very welcome and recommended us great restaurants and helped us navigate through the city too.The location of the hotel is also very good, it's near the beach and the sun world park. The food is good too.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms clean, good AC, everything worked, big smart TV.The location is very good. Close to the night activities and main restaurants venue. Walking distance to the main beach where there are activities at night.

The hotel had someone wait to meet us at 2.00am as we arrived from an overnight sleeper bus. We were quickly dealt with and allocated our rooms. The staff were keen to know how their services could be improved- always a good sign. Would recommend this hotel unreservedly.

Very friendly staff, Ha was so sweet, spoke English very well, very easy to communicate. So nice and if I come back to Ha Long I will stay again

Handy place to stay before heading off to our cruise to Halong Bay. Pretty deserted but the lovely lady on reception explained this was due to it being out of season. Great nights sleep.
