Halong Boutique Hotel

Great facilities. Very clean and comfortable with such a competitive price.

If you are thinking about a trip to Halong Bay, do yourself a favor and cross the bridge to Hong Gai to find a great place to stay. It is only a ten minute Grab ride from the tourist attractions in Halong Bay. If you choose to stay at the Halong Boutique Hotel, you have made an excellent choice. It is a beautiful hotel offering very spacious and comfortable rooms at a fantastic price. The staff will go out of its way to see to all your needs and answer any questions you may have. I am happy that I and my partner chose to stay there.

Good

The room sounds proofing is not good,you can hear people in the hallway and the noise from the tennis court behind the hotel,also you can hear the drainage from upstairs room.

Big room, that is all.

The room and decor is tired and needs a complete refresh. Especially the bathroom as it was pretty horrible around the sink area especially. We stayed in a VIP room so expected rather more and had it been more than a one night stay I would have checked out.Large circular bed, strange and also lumpy. Breakfast was horrific. We walked in and walked straight back out. I can only imagine a large group came in before us as it was dirty, and all that was left was toast. Not that I would have eaten there !

Location... We always had to drive on the other side of the bridge whenever we wanted to do something.Communication with staff almost impossible.Breakfast is noodle soup, fried eggs, bread and watermelon. There's no buffet with choices and same every day.Lady in breakfast area had an attitude.

The hotel location is great. Breakfast has limited range, but good. Price per person per night is reasonable value.

The rooms in the hotel need TLC. They are spacious, but looking very tired. The rooms are not soundproof and the door to the balcony in our room did not lock.

The location is perfect. The room was really nice and clean ? We can check-in at 9 am while the usual Check in is at 2 pm. Amazing

Ha long bay is a very strange place, if you come here you must do a boat tour or there’s nothing to do

The hotel offers great value for the price. My room is spacious, and the staff are incredibly helpful.

There aren’t many restaurants in the area, and the breakfast left a lot to be desired

Anne at the front desk is awesome. So helpful with tours and booking stuff.

Pleasant

There is no facility for credit cards to be used to pay. My room smelled strongly of cigarettes. The breakfast is very basic. The kitchen staff does not know how to cook different types of eggs. One of the guests even took charge of cooking scrambled eggs for his family.

The hotel itself was great, location is about 10 min walk from the water. The city itself is not that interesting.
