Great staff, comfortable bed and clean room

Location, Location, and Location. It is well located right in the heart of Station 2 and 3 area, but not on the crowded Sunset Road, but in a quiet alley. White Beach is only a 5-minute walk, and it is in the not-so-crowded part of the shoreline, so you can enjoy sunbathing, swimming, and reading. And it is near a big 7/11, Illy cafe, variety of restaurants, and shops.The room is decent. The big fridge is a bonus!The staff are really friendly and communicative.The free breakfast is super delicious.

The wifi is a bit inconsistent, and the cell reception is not so good inside the room.They should provide a glass bottle you can fill, not only 2 plastic glasses, from the water station. And on the 4th floor, there is no water station, so you have to fill it downstairs.Hope they provide a mosquito catcher in the dining area, since it is hard to stay and chat in the dining area without battling the mosquitos.

The staff and location because it’s close to the beach.

Mosquitoes inside the room. Loud noises in the hallways. I just feel that it was a bit pricey for the quality or maybe because it was peak season.

It has everything I need. It has pool, jacuzzi and free breakfast The staff are the most asset they are the best in my whole stay

The staff were so nice and very accommodating to our requests. We also liked the variety of free breakfast meals they offered. The rooms were clean and comfy. The indoor pool was a plus, especially for us who have kids. For a group or family traveling together, El Puerto Boracay is definitely good value for your money!

The pool /jacuzzi is very much okay. The breakfast too. The Housekeeping staffs are superb. Location is nice. It was our 2nd time there. Still loving it.

Internet connection in the upper floors was bad if not terrible to say. Good to have your own data.

Super accommodating ng Hotel Staff, whenever we want to use the pool alert sila. Free water. Walking distance from the beach. Accessible sa 7/11 and restaurants. may malapit din na police station.

Very poor

Rooms were small and I'll equipped... No coffee pot no cups no microwave staff never checked to see if we needed our room c l leaned or fresh towels

Staff were nice

Lacks adequate facilities. No hairdryer, kettle, not enough plug sockets. No lifts to top floors (it will be difficult for guests who are struggling with mobility or other health issues). We requested additional towels but we were told that each guest are only allowed 1 towel each and were not allowed additional.

The hôtel is at 5 minutes from the White Beach

Mold. There is mold everywhere. I know that with the humidity it is difficult to keep things dry, but the amount of mold on the walls was not acceptable.

Good location, close to everything but at the same time quiet. Staff were lovely.Bed very comfortable. Sheets and towel change upon request. Cable tv and fridge in room. Breakfast options from varied and tasty.

Balcony unfortunately only good for hanging laundry as faced a wall and was a but scruffy. No proper outside space to just sit.

The hotel is 5 minutes away from the beach. Great value for its price. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

For us wasn’t a problem but keep in mind there’s no any lift.

The hotel and room was always full of mosquitoes but the windows and doors to the hotel were always open. They have these mosquitoes zapper machines that made this loud cracking noise at all times of the the night. We were bitten very badly all over. The first room we were put in had broken floors and was covered in ants. We were staying 9 nights so we asked to move. The second room was better but a really horrible smell that was a combination of urine, sweat and mould. Not a nice experience at all. Breakfast was okay but often lacked items on the menu.

The bed was comfortable

No power outlet held the plug, i sleep with a cpap machine and was unable to use it there, it was a long 6 days, the room looked as if some threw something sticky on the wall and not cleaned up and the floor was dirty upon arrival, and a few cockroach sightings, sliding door to the balcony would not open or lock.

Close to the beach and centre of town, good room, nice pool Central to everything

It's quiet and peaceful. Away from the busy and loud crowd at night. Breakfast served, although ala carte, is just right especially if you are traveling with kids or seniors. Rooms are well maintained and very clean including the bathroom. This accommodation is not really recommended for those who have a lot of kids or too many seniors due to accessibility features. Unless you are okay to walk 3-5 minutes from the beach, then go ahead. Also, if you will be travelling with kids and seniors, highly recommended to request rooms at the 2nd floor as there are no elevators in this facility which I havent done but ate receptionist and kuya staff were able to find ways so they can transfer us to the 2nd level.

There's still some improvement needed to make sure convenience of guests is at par. Lack of staff should be looked at so they can get the needs of guests such as additional requests for toiletries/towels/bedsheets as quickly as possible. Our only kuya staff feels really overworked for attending to all the needs when we stayed there. Tasks could have been divided to more than one to be honest. The place is really great. There's an opportunity to make it more attractive for guests to stay such as the indoor pool at night by adding back the hot tub. Also, cooking staff in the morning should be increased so that food can be served on time especially when there are a lot of guests who will be taking their free breakfast.

Absolutely amazing location

Very bad smell in the rooms I think they have issue with the draining system because they will keep spraying some sort of spray to get ready this smell
