Great Service

I am from California and everything about the experience at Feliz. Hotel was incredibly amazing from start to finish. In conjunction with the shuttle services and communication between the different companies, the welcoming staff, the beautiful lobby and subsequent room was top notch and an amazing quality for the unbelieveable nightly price. We also enjoyed wonderful shows as well as live music almost nightly and it was two minute walk to the beautiful beaches of Boracay!!. we received amazing in room massage therapy services as well as room service, which was so delicious and well priced.

There really isn’t anything that I can say in regards to constructive feedback regarding our Feliz hotel stay.

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, plenty of storage and right in the heart of Boracay. The room was enormous. I really enjoyed the rooftop pool. My wife and I are vegetarian and Mico, the head waiter, bent over backwards every morning to make sure we had something to eat.

The only negative, which really is a personal preference, is the windows of the room all looked out to the inside of the hotel. This was great for quiet, but wasn't great for privacy if the blinds were open. Also, since you couldn't see the outside of the hotel, once in the room, I could have been anywhere in the world. It didn't feel like the beach was 2 minutes away.

The location, size, and amenities of the property were great! The staff was amazing and anticipated our needs. They were very accommodating and kind. From the swimming pool area to the breakfast buffet, we were attended to very well. The location was right off of D’mall so it was so convenient for snacks and souvenir shopping. The hotel transportation to and from the Caticlan airport was smooth as well!

There were minor stains on the toilet seat.

Everything. From the friendly helpful and accommodating staff, good breakfast options, and location of Feliz Hotel, we loved it all in all. Also they made it special because they prepared balloons and a cake for my daughter.

Not that I didn’t like, but the rooftop pool can improve more.

The staff were exceptional and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with over 15 dishes and pastries/deserts to choose from. Love how there are wheelchair accommodations which is perfect if you have stroller.

The loud live music coming from the rooftop bar and bottom patio makes it difficult to sleep, especially for you guys kids that need to sleep early. The music stops at 10 pm.

Cleanliness, location. Staff are efficient respectful.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The customer service was truly exceptional—every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The property itself is beautifully designed and aesthetically pleasing, making it such a relaxing environment to come back to each day.The location is ideal—convenient to everything while still feeling peaceful and private. I especially enjoyed the breakfast each morning—delicious, fresh, and with plenty of variety. The evening entertainment was a lovely touch as well, creating a fun and inviting atmosphere to wind down the day.Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch hospitality.

Every time we stay in Boracay, this is THE hotel we book with. The amenities and staff are just exceptional. The location is central to Station 2 where you can find just about anything you need. Although it tended to be loud past sunset, they had a strict curfew of quiet time past 10 pm which was very respectful to the guests who were not night owls. The breakfast is always fantastic. It was almost always the highlight of our stay with lots of options for filipinos and foreigners alike.

The staff were amazing! Everyone was so helpful and welcoming, especially their intern named Wilbert—he went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Our room was beautiful and spacious looking over the courtyard.

Washing service not so good. Whites came back a bit grey and two items returned as still stained. Also we always had to ask for towels and often only received one. Otherwise couldn’t fault this beautiful hotel.

It is right at the center, once you step out of the hotel you are already within D-mall and the beach is only a few steps away. Friendliest staff and excellent service. Felt very taken care of. Waking up in the room was one of the best feelings haha will never stop raving about it to others

I recently stayed at this hotel and was genuinely impressed by the overall aesthetic and vibe of the place—it’s beautifully designed with a modern yet cozy feel. The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. While the complimentary breakfast buffet was appreciated, the food selections felt a bit off for a traditional breakfast spread. A wider variety of classic options would’ve made the experience better

The room itself was lovely—comfortable bed, tasteful decor, and a peaceful ambiance that made it easy to relax. However, the bathroom was a different story. Unfortunately, it wasn’t very clean, with visible mold on the showerhead and a noticeable layer of dust on some surfaces. It was a bit disappointing, considering how great the rest of the stay was. With a little more attention to cleanliness in the bathrooms, this hotel would be close to perfect.
