    Pros +

    • Joel from front needs more training. Of customer service. I ask him if a can talk to the manager . He said no I ask manager name he said it’s confidential.
    • Close to the beach - end of Station 3. Not too many people at the beach, and that's wonderful. Room was big enough. Staff was amaizing.
    • Breakfast buffet was great. Location is near the end of station 1 if you’d like a quiet relaxing stay. For activities I’d recommend a tricycle if you don’t like walking 20-30 minutes.

    Cons -

    • There are no balconies, and it's pretty hard to dry your clothes inside the room. There was something wrong with AC settings - we had to set it for 16 to cool down the room.
    • Shower had a very stinky smell. Feel like the architecture looks nice but isn’t functional in the shower as the water doesn’t drain right which I believe is what caused the stinky smell.
    • The long wait to receive a la carte food.

My family loved our rooms they were very clean and had everything we expected. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for families with young children.

The long wait to receive a la carte food.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast

A little far from Station 2, not good street illumination going to the beach (its not beachfront)

i suggest to have Breakfast upgrade: salmon and daing na bangus, additional fruit options, and a choice of eggs (live-cooking)

The staff are very nice and accommodating

If there is a zero rating with regard to room amenities, no other hotel in the world beats this place. I expected much more from a Sheraton brand. This is pretty shameful! This place has no toiletries.Replacement of supplies like basics of toilet paper, soap, lotions , towels, bathroom mats are very scarce and have to be called in ! Toilet paper is never replenished- you have to go to reception or call in to housekeeping to bring in toilet paper which is the most basic item needed in a hotel room. Towels are minimal - you have to ask for it. When cleaning is done in the room, some items like even the floor towel mat is removed but not replaced. We also requested for bathrobes ( since this is a beach area) bathrobes were never sent to us. Housekeeping attendants mentioned that the hotel was very low on supplies which make no sense because this is the holiday season and it is expected that the inventory of supplies is adequate for the time period. This is a management issue and not the fault of housekeeping. I have never been to any hotel in the world ( I travel internationally 6 times a year) that beats the record of this hotel in terms of the lowest supply inventory.

Nice room, friendly staff, good breakfast choices close to mall and beach

No island vibes, it feels like a business city hotel. Worst coffee ever and thats for 250 a cup. Despite the room being spacious, no wardrobe space. No balcony.

I would’ve given a much higher rating because although you have to pay additional to use the pool and it’s in the middle of the slums with horrible smells, the facility and staff were good. My problem comes because we were recommended the laundry service across the road and they did not return my denim shorts and colorful mumu. I didn’t realize they were missing until I got to Singapore and wanted to wear them. Those items were both new and only worn in the Philippines. You can run the videos and see me in both coming and going from breakfast and the beach. I’ve never had this happen at any bonvoy property when I booked direct. Also booking.com you all need to be accountable for all your vendors unanswered chats! Yvonne King Franklin

The location is horrible. In the slums, not near the beach and the service could be friendly.

The room was spacious, the bed was soft enough for you to fall asleep. They also offer free transportation going back and forth to D’mall. The staff was also attentive to our needs and their breakfast options are also on point!

    Nothing much.

Everything is clean, orderly and working. The staff are polite, friendly and helpful. The breaksfast buffet has a decent selection, and food are always warm and delicious. The pools are regularly cleaned and spacious. The free shuttle service is also a great bonus. The location may not be ideal but the free service and accessibility to nearby shops and restos made up for it. There are also open EV cabs in line outside the hotel anytime for anyone who wants to go somewhere. Nothing can beat the value of staying here.

The room we book was excellent with private pool access it was clean and nice decor the only thing is no lick in the bath room and there was a gap where you might see the person doing his business. The Staffs were super duper nice shout out to all the staffs from reception, door man , cleaning lady , kitchen staffs on the April 22-24 we stayed in the property my husband loves the breakfast he said the best breakfast selection he have from other countries hotel we stayed..The hotel is 10 mins away from the party places and you can ride the trike for 150 pesos for each trip there is a nearer beach for swimming if you wish you can walk around 10 mins.Hotel Staffs are the gem of the hotel.Thumbs up to you All.from the hagans

I think the driver of the bus service we ride at night of April 23 at 9:40 he was a-bit rude.when i ask what time we need to be there . He reply 9:40 if you are not here I'm gone but we arrived at 9:20 he waited for after 9:40 my point it he should have said it nicely that the bus can stay only at 9:40 he was not even friendly.Aside from That it was a pleasant stay.

Clean, well-lit, warm welcome from staff. The pool was well-maintained w a dedicated staff that looked after guests really well. There’s shower rooms to use before getting in the pool. Good location tucked away in a quiet part of the island that was giving village feels which we loved. It was like our home away from home.

Just the way to the beach was not very senior-friendly because of the downhill path which we didn’t mind for us but for our elderly mother it wasn’t ideal. Also, it would be good to have a separate area for guests coming in w their wet clothes and footwear from the beach as it makes the lobby floor a little slippery when it gets wet. Although staff were always ready to dry up the floor so maybe add an extra rug or something. Just for safety reasons.

    Staff were friendly and helpful

The pool loungers were too hard without cushions. Suggest you add cushions.

Housekeeping and reception are very friendly. Big comfortable room.

Service at breakfast was slow, aircon was too cold.

New property, nice rooms, but lacking some basic features, like where to dry your swimming suit.Breakfast was ok....

Nowhere to dry swimming suites. You have swimming pool and a beautiful beach is nearby, so you should expect people to have to dry their swimming suites. That should be fixed by a rope in the bathroom.
