Urban Boutique Hotel

Close to everything, away from the noise.Perfect loc for a quiet night sleep. Walking distance with Dmall. Staff are very nice and helpful.

Wifi bit weak. There’s water dripping on the ceiling by the fridge. I messaged the property prior to arrival, but they reply on our 2nd day stay. Nothing major to complaint. Decent place to stay

Loved staying here. The staff are amazing and friendly and the place itself is really awesome. Rooms are comfy and the aircon works well. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is near the activity area on Bulabog Beach. The staff were really really nice.

They upgraded my room. The staff were really friendly. It was located at the back and less crowded part of Boracay but still walkable from Station 1 and 2

I loved that the decor was actually down to earth, hassle free. It was generally quiet considering I got a room by the window. The staff were nice and accommodating to all my request. I loved that it was a quiet place to just be in.

In my room, the shower's position was not adjustable hence I had to get close to the wall to shower. There was no proper wardrobe to store much of one's belongings. The safe couldn't fit a laptop either but I didn't need these during my visit.

Staff was super nice, friendly, and customer service-oriented. The free breakfast was good, too. Excellent location for kite surfers who kite on Bulabog Beach.

No issues I can think of.

The staff were very friendly and will go the extra mile to help you and keep you comfortable. Our room was clean and spotless. We were surprise when we arrived as they've prepared a special setup for our anniversary. They also offer free banig that you can use in the beach.

Nothing, everything is perfect.

Staff - everybody was no hospitable and helpful, I got sick during my stay and they gave me an alternative breakfast as well as the staff checking up on me.Breakfast - you can preorder it a day before and they are lots of optionsLocation - very close to a lot of shops, D-mall, breachfront etc.Payment option - they accept VISA/Master payments which a lot of the shops in Boracay does not

Kitchen - we saw a mouse running around the kitchen area, where the plates/glasses are located. I hope they improve this as this affects the hygiene/food and health safety

The breakfast was great. The location was perfect since it is located between Bulabog Beach and White Sand Beach. There is a Hop in Hop off Bus, that stops infront of the Hotel, which make it easy to access upon arrival at the port and all the tourist spot in Boracay at minimal cost of P 50/pax. I will surely book again at this hotel on my next visit.

The room was clean, good amount of breakfast and the staff were nice and prompt to any request.

Rooms were not sound proofed. We can hear other guests’ voices even when they were inside their rooms, others were even shouting in the hallway. I recommend that the hotel applies a “quiet zone/time policy” so other guests are more self aware and to help minimize any loud noises after 9pm.

The location was great, far enough away from the noise and hustle and bustle but close enough to stroll in (5min) the room was spacious but no space for hanging clothes

Fabulous staff, modern style hotel, very comfortable bed, plenty of hot shower water, back up generator when island power failed, plenty of drinking water, nice breakfast, very clean,

Nothing to complain about.

I like that it is 3 mins away from the white beach and 2mins walk from bulabog which is the back beach it is between station 1 and 2. Accessible to d'mall and there are many stores, restos within the area, there is also a laundry shop beside the hotel its a big plus! Also the staffs are all helpful and nice but kuddos to kuya lenard who is very welcoming and friendly and approachable during our one week stay at the hotel ty so much u've been a great help to us! The rooms are all comfy, clean and homey and its minimalistic style looks cute.

The manager's attitude and approach to her guests is so annoying beware because at first she is nice but once u get to know her she is not!

Very comfortable stay. Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly. Breakfast is tasty. Wi-fi works also well.

- every single night is noisy because of dogs barking and rooster next door making their noise randomly through the night

The Filipino food was fantastic! The longganisa was the best I’ve ever had! The staff were really friendly and accommodating and it was a short walk to station 2 and walkable to station 1. The place was clean and it was nice to stay somewhere small. They were also able to assist with public transport.

Cleaning was inconsistent. Some days my room was cleaned and other days it was not - for example, I had breakfast serviced to my room but I returned home that night and my plate with fish bones was still on the table. Some consistency would help or maybe let them know you would like room service every morning?

The staff were really nice, specially kuya Joms. He was really warm and kind. Check-in was quick and easy. They even gave us welcome drinks which, even if it was just plain, powdered iced tea, is a nice touch. For someone like me who doesn’t want to be smack in the center of all the chaos, the location of this hotel is perfect. It is in the residential area of Boracay, but it’s just a few hundred meters away from Station 1 and DMall. The breakfast wasn’t bad as well. They will have it prepared at your preferred time—which they will ask the night before. The rooms were very comfy, specially the beds and pillows (there were lots!) They even have free mats you can borrow and use to chill on the sand. They also have free water should you need a refill. My friend and I rented a scooter and they graciously allowed us to park it in front of the hotel for free. Their check-out is at 12 noon which is really nice since most other hotels ask you to check-out earlier. If your priortiy is to chill by the beach and still have a nice place to stay, while also staying within a budget, then Urban Botique hotel is the best hotel for you.

I can’t really think of anything at the moment. Urban Botique is the perfect hotel for someone who just wants to chill in Boracay while staying in a more than decent place.

Service, price , location and clean

Unfortunately, there was a lot of humidity in the room and a strong smell of damp. I am allergic to mold and fungi. maybe for others it doesn't matter or it's minor, but in my case I got up sick every morning instead of rested. Apart from that, everything was good, very nice service, good price and clean.
