I love everything about this hotel, the staff, the food and location.

The staff was so rude. Rooms was unclean. Dirty linen and sheet. It was terrible experience. I dont recommend. Even front desk was broken and caused safety risk

We were very disappointed with our experience. We were not able to arrange pickup at Caticlan Airport—despite several attempts to contact the hotel, we received no response at all. On top of that, the air-conditioning kept shutting off both during the day and in the middle of the night, making our stay uncomfortable. Overall, the lack of communication and poor room conditions made the stay far below expectations.

The experience started extremely well with the staff bringing us a delightful drink while we waiting for check-in. The facility itself is also very nice: the breakfast buffet was delicious with multiple rotating dishes, the room was spacious and comfortable, the pool was outstanding, and the gym was also very nice! All around a great stay for the price.

The walk to the beach was relatively short, but a bit longer than a lot of the other surrounding areas. Don't let this deter you though it's only about 3-5 minutes walk. Most of the departures for events go from Station 1 as well which is about a 20 minute walk. The hotel also doesn't have a foot wash so it can get a tad messy coming back from walking along the beach.

I think only the bathroom door. It’s kind of see through and doesn’t have a lock, more of like for couples only.

Very comfortable beds and a well-kept room. I appreciate the eco-friendly products. The pool is also really nice and relaxing.

This was my second visit. The breakfast food this time wasn’t as good as my first visit, with limited variety, especially for halal options.

Everything! The hospitality was superb, hospitality was also excellent. Very child friendly, they lend me a sterilizer and crib for my baby. They also let us borrow a beach mat, umbrella and beach towels. Breakfast was also sumptious.

The rooms are superb and elegant and exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff and very accommodating.Breakfast is good. Dinner buffet is also very good. Nice pool and excellent gym facilities.

No bacon during breakfast in my 2 nights stay in the hotel. Thats is a mortal sin for me.

Loved the hotel layout and facilities. Buffet Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and efficient. Location is good. Accessible to restos, the beach and d’mall.

Would be better if there was a closet or more space to hang clothes.

If you book a regular room. Expect that view will be the roof of the house/neighboor. Ours was a dirty kitchen of the neighboring house. With the price we paid, I could have expect more.Second we did not like the food for the 3 nights and 4 days we stayed. Specially the kids. We expect more of like tapsilog etc. but nothing. There was even no bacon for the whole stay,. There was adobo but not the usual pinoy style. Like there’s always a twist with every filipino food they have. More like catering to international customer but I noticed mostly filipinos there. We could have enjoyed more of like the usual corned beef with egg but not the corned beef picadillo they had that tasted like mexican food. Breakfast was big let down.

This is my 3rd time staying at Hue. What I really like about the place is the quality of service you get from the staff. They are prompt and always proactive to help.I would like to commend Adones, their shuttle service driver who helped us with our trip going back to the jetty. He was really helpful and accommodating.The housekeeping staff at 5/F who responded promptly to our requests every single time.As always, the pool bar was amazing. Although I was missing their Mai Thai, which is no longer in their menu. Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant.

The water at the swimming pool was too acidic which makes our skin feel itchy. They might need to check the chlorine levels.

Good location on the main road, short walk to both Bulabog and White Beaches.Clean, well maintained. Spacious.Staff were courteous, free buffet breakfast was good.

Very good location!They offer free beach towels every day what we could take to the beach and get a fresh next day, also free BANIG for the beach. Makes the beach days easier and cleaner! The staff is very caring and nice!

The check in its little too late

I loved my stay here and it really is a credit to all of the staff. They were super helpful and always greeted me with a heart felt smile.Food was excellent and happy hour drinks was a bonus.The facilities around the place are really well set up for families with small children.Location was pretty good and was at the quiter side with 5 min walk to beach but still only a another 5mins stroll to the vibrant bars and restaurants. I would gladly stay here again.
