The bathroom has mosquitos.
the property is located in the center of boracay. the beach, shopping area, foods and near the main road.
The staff are not friendly. they kept waiting their incoming customers in the 3rd floor instead of ground flood dining area. They won’t allowed us to occupy the room 2-1 hour prior to 2pm check im time even the room is available and informed them for our 8am early check out in the last day of our stay. The guy told me that he cannot entertained me at this because they are busy. wow, what a surprising response to a paying customer. The girl with the thick eye liner was also rude the way she response and she looks towards the customer.. The bed is made of cement with a thin foam on the top. It feels like your are sleeping on the top of the tomb.
Location is perfect. It is near the beach, groceries, food stores and souvenir stores. Breakfast is also available for affordable price. The room is cool.
There are some mosquitoes in the bathroom. The wifi is kinda slow.
Pros: It’s inside DMall and very accessible to the beach, restaurants, shops…etc. You can cook for free as well, very convenient.Cons: The only disadvantage is AC isn’t cold, so we have to turn on the wall fan and that there are too much mosqiutoes everywhere.
It is near from the center of the island.
Aircon is not cold enough, many mosquitoes and too hassle for borrowing kitchenware.
location.
staff unapproachable. no extra towel for 4days stay.no utensil in pantry.
