Nice staff and location.

The staff were very friendly

Cleanliness was a bit off. There was mold in areas of the room.

The location is super good. Altho a bit of a walk from dmall. The staff are very nice and warm. Rooms are spacious as well, the extra couch is a good addition to the accomodation

I just wish they had toiletries. The only things they provided were shampoo and soap. Nothing more. And also wish they could accommodate some special requests with no costs because some hotels do.

This place is perfect! Staff are excellent, the breakfast is perfect, and the location is great. Very clean, quiet, and probably the best wifi I had experienced in a while on the island. This is my fourth time to Boracay and this place is my new favorite place to stay

The stuff was very friendly. The barmen Darwin is the best guy i’ve met in Boracay. Hotel is pretty good, but no windows in that big room was very uncomfortable. Barbeque and breakfast were good also. And not the hotel problem but there were a lot of mosquitoes

The reception and the pool bar and the cleaning staff are top . They are nice and professional. The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was average.

Friendly staff and close to the beach.

No smoking allowed on balcony. Guess you can't win there, some people like it, some people don't. But it probably wouldn't bother the ones that don't too much. I saw a rat in the bar in their entrance.

Staffs are friendly and accommodating. Good breakfast food option.

No slippers and toothbrush provided in the room. No hair blower.

More on suggestion, it will be better if the hotel room have slippers, bath robes, and a door for the shower room and toilet.

The hotel has a fantastic location and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay very enjoyable.

The downside was the unreliable internet connection, which was a bit inconvenient.

Receptionists are sometimes okay, sometimes like having a power tripping to their guests.

- [ ] No hair dryer- [ ] Wifi is weak- [ ] If you’re going to stay for long periods of time, try to check other places. Their breakfast buffet is repetitive. They only change one or two dishes daily. - [ ] Coffee is bland- [ ] First room: Hot Shower not working- [ ] Second room: TV not working. We had to borrow an extension cord - [ ] Third room: left the room for lunch, when we went back the door was slightly open. - [ ] Towels are smelly. Floor towels are heavily stained- [ ] Receptionists were not welcoming. We had a cancelled flight so we had no choice but to extend our stay for one night due to flight unavailability and informed them that we will confirm the next day if we will extend for another night. When we were extending the next day, the receptionist told us that there were no available rooms because they booked another guest. I questioned them why did they accepted another guest when they still have us and asked nicely that we will have to confirm with the airline first. - [ ] Rooms at the 4th floor are too noisy. We can hear chairs here and there. They also like you to sign a lot of documents before and after your stay.

The staff are approachable, friendly, and helpful. They have what you need. The breakfast has greatly improved since we last booked here. All food was warm/hot now. The pool was also nice.

Only the staff and clean but i guess they are not aware to their people, we really hundred percent sure that we may splace my 2 watches there 1 apple watch series 6 and michael kors whote and collagen pawder, we only recogniz it when we arrive in manila hotel, its gone i try calling front desk but the answer is —- out housekeeper didn’t see anything, how could be sure since our stuff was all open cuz ive going to vacation always I didn’t loose money jewelry until now, hope you folllw on this matter its very important to me, please ???

Refilled water, service and staff are great, rooftop pool and buffet breakfast, provided cot and bathtub for baby

The bathroom lacks a door so the water leaks and the direction of drainage is reversed ... The pool water also needs to be changed more often

Buffet breakfast option is a big part of my consideration. Food options are just okay. Close to front white beach and just next to Station X.

The hotel room was already old and outdated. Rooms are too dark.

The workers were very friendly and helpful, particularly Rommel. The property was always clean. The beach was just a walk away. The complimentary breakfast was amazing! My family liked the pool at the rooftop.
