Red Coco Inn de Boracay

Staff were very friendly and it was a short walk to D?Mall.

While the room was tidy it was very basic. The shower head needed maintenance as it squirted water around the bathroom. Unlike similar hotels there was no streaming content (eg Netflix) on the TV.

Room was little small. The water pressure is low.

The room was clean. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Nice location.

Good location 10 min walk to beach and 5 min walk to d mall. Restaurant for breakfast was good and conveniently close. Great service. Staff is so welcoming and friendly. Room has a mini fridge, tea kettle.The pool was very clean and easily accessible.

The rooms are outdated and dirty. Room was dusty. Mini flies in the room and bathroom. Smells like strong bleach and toilet bowl cleaner. Bathroom is small and had mold in the shower. The system is so outdated. You have to use cards to check out a beach blanket 1 per day. They only give 1 toilet tissue and you have to ask for extra daily.The front of the building has 1 elevator to a group of rooms. The back has 3 flights of stairs to get to the pool and other rooms. Not senior friendly and I asked to get our 3rd room closer and they were never able to accommodate.

poor connection and also the breakfast...maybe it just happen only during our stay.....And also dont have elevator as i see an old lady using stairs...

Some rooms are on the 4th floor without a lift / elevator. There is an elevator in other parts of the complex but not where I stayed . Water pressure for shower was a bit poor .

Very friendly and helpful staff.

There was tiny ants everywhere in our room. Our room was not very clean, smelled damp and there was mould in a lot of places. They say there is house keeping every 3 days but we were there 4 days and didnt receive any at all. Have to pay extra to get regular house keeping or fresh towels. Pool is very cold not pleasant.

Many steps with no elevator

I love everything at red coco inn. Staff are so nice and approachable, the breakfast is so good for it's variety. Place are clean and the location is so perfect. Definitely will go back and book again.

Big pool. My nephew enjoyed a lot! Good food, I didn’t get the name of the lady in the restaurant. She’s so jolly and served us well.

Place accessible to where u want to go but it's quite far from shoreline need to walk for 15 mins or take a tricycle to the beach area.Staff should have a checklist when checking out before the customer leaves to prevent any inconvenience for both parties

Located close to D mall but far enough away from the noise. The pool was the biggest bonus, really nice and relaxing. Good amenities, however the AC unit was quite noisy so unable to leave it on overnight which made it difficult to sleep in the heat.

I like that the morning staff is so welcoming, polite, attentive, and courteous..welcome drinks and so cool to see my name on their TV guest list ? It's 6 mins walk to D'Mall palengke..

The bathroom is leaking water..Needed some doormat by the inside front door..Wish there's some kind of faucet outside to rinse off sand..

The staff were amazing. Property was secure and rooms were nice and clean which made my one week stay very comfortable.
