Coast Boracay

Beauty location with very nice rooms, wonderful restaurant and great pool. The staff is outstanding and make you feel like your a part of their family. Security is friendly and helpful while watching out for your welfare. Well being going back soon

Everyone was so polite and helpful. The location was excellent. The breakfast was amazing. The little late night snacks were awesome.

When the power went out, it was so hard to stay in my room (loft) because of the noise of the generators. You don't want to be in the room when these things turn on. Your head is not gonna take it. I used my noise canceling headphones to cope all day cause I was also a bit sick and had to stay inside. And in my room door there a smell of bathroom let's say that I didn't like at all. Other than that nothing else.

The cleanliness, friendliness, attentiveness, and the perfect location.

Our room did not have hot water. I did not worry about it as my family members stayed there and we just showered at their unit.

Their service was excellent, from the time that we arrived at the airport up to the hotel they take care of everything, no need to worry, baggage, transportation, etc. On the hotel, they gave us a warm welcome. About the room, the room was really clean. Also, they gave us daily afternoon treats too. This will be my unforgettable first trip to boracay.

Other than the building needs fresh paint and bathrooms need to be updated everything was perfect! The service was incredible from the airport transfer to the hotel! Especially the beach service!

Breakfast was a little bit of a let down but that wouldn’t stop me from staying again.

The restaurant staff were so attentive and made every meal enjoyable. Even the pool area was a highlight—clean, relaxing, and great for families or couples.What truly sets Coast apart is their service. Everyone—from the front desk and servers to the security and shuttle team—goes above and beyond. Rooms are in the smaller side.

I was surprised just how good Boracay was. Coast Boracay is in a perfect location on the white sand beach in the middle of everything. Complimentary private lounge chair access is provided metres from the water. Excellent customer service by the staff. Great pools. Good transfer service included. Nice little touches provided including popcorn.

The restaurant and the staff in it let the rest of the hotel down a bit. Staff service and food quality was average there. The hot water in the shower was a bit hit and miss.

Best hotel in Boracay. Johny, the beach manager is the reason I always stay here. I feel like a king on the beach due to Johny.

Right on the beach with the friendliest and attentive staff. I didn’t find the breakfast that bad compared to what other reviews have said. There was always food available. Service at the beach was exquisite, brining towels when you get out of the water and topping up glasses of water constantly. There’s a good fresh juice place next door that’s worth a try.

Every room is practically a joining room. Good if you have big families. But not so good if you’re single or a couple - the sound proofing isn’t the best, heard my neighbor on the phone at 3am talking.

The beachfront location, the very hands-on staff and warm welcome and assistance towards their guests. The pool has kiddie pool which the kids enjoyed everyday and the center of everything, near dmall and nearby restaurants. This hotel has many perks including the roundtrip transfer which made our trip very convenient and comfortable.

The staff - they have an impeccable service. They made our stay so much easier travelling with a baby. The hotel overall is clean, comfortable and an easy access to restaurants.

We were first assigned to the 4f floor where the hallway gets wet when it rained. There's no lift, so our legs felt tired on the 3rd day, going up and down.

- Excellent hotel, right on the beach.- Exceptional staff. Especially the guys who serve drinks and towels on the beach and look after the beach chairs. But the other staff were also exceptionally friendly.- Perfect transportation with their own boat.- If we were to visit Station 2 again, we would of course stay at the Coast again!!!

The only criticism is the breakfast, where the hotel could improve.The selection is poor.The bowls containing cereal, for example, were dirty and sticky.

Location is right on the beach, and the hotel offer private chairs on the beach which we used a lot. The Staff were excellent, accomodating all our requests and helping with good touring advice. There was always a glass of ice water delivered to our beach chair when we sat down, and someone holding a towel for us when returning from a swim. amazing service.

Our stay at COAST Boracay was great! You can enjoy two pools or the beach, which is just outside the hotel. There are enough sun loungers, so you can usually find space even if you come a bit later. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful! Jonny takes great care of you on the beach, always ready with fresh towels and water. He’s also a great photographer!The beach was clean, with plenty of shade from palm trees, and the water is beautiful—no lumot at all! Rooms are comfortable, though the Wi-Fi doesn’t always work well.You can enjoy happy hour drinks in the restaurant. The dinner wasn’t great though.Nice little touches like complimentary popcorn and ice cream add to the experience.Breakfast was okay—just a bit limited sometimes if you come later.Overall, I definitely recommend COAST. When we come back to Boracay, we’ll be staying here again. The amazing staff, clean beach, and available sun loungers really made a difference!
