Staff is nice, helpful and available 24 hrs. Walking distance to the d'mall, restaurants, market, stores, beaches, churhes. Complete transfer from/to the airport is available for reasonable price.

We took the room downstair. The bathroom is a little bit smelly when it's open so we kept it always closed. The toilet seat and faucet need to be replaced.

Thus far the best budget hotel I've been in Philippines. Unlike some other budget options this place was:very clean, large, comfortable, strong Wifi.

Bright room with balcony and good AC/Fan. 5 minute walk to DMall or 5 mins to Bulabog. Hot shower with good pressure. Also next door to a bar/restaurant that serves good cheap food. The staff is awesome and I would happily stay again :)

The WiFi wasn’t 100% reliable, in general it was good enough but if I would have needed a reliable connection to work it may have been a problem. It was fine for my purposes though (netflix, email, web browsing). Sometimes the towels and bedding they gave me was old and a bit tattered. It’s a budget hotel so this didn’t bother me much but if they replaced these it would be a big improvementOverall, I stayed here for two weeks and it was a pleasant stay and I would have no problem staying here again

Towels are not changed on a daily basis even if u request it, it has an odd smell as well. Blankets and sheets are too thin and doesnt smell good.

You can definitely find an affordable place to stay in Boracay — the location is perfect for me, with both the front and back beaches just a few minutes away.

Location perfect in a small charming street, near D mall and Station 2 beach. Corner balcony also charming. Cleaning every 2 or 3 days. We stayed 3 weeks, enjoyed our stay.

Nothing. It was all great, for the price you pay. One thing is that if there is a festival in the street it can be noisy but that is a minor thing.

The staff are friendly and accommodating. The location is far from crowded places and basically less noisy. Easily accessible to the hop in hop off bus.

Pros:Close to Bulabog beach.Room was street facing but it was quiet at night and curtains are thick so people outside cant peep inside.They have a common area where you can cook next to their lobby.STAFF ARE REALLY NICE AND ACCOMMODATING!They have freebie (Ohm bar gatepass and pool pass nextdoor)Somewhat cons:Cleaning is done after checkout to conserve water.Sheets and towels are given during check in and no replacement. That is okay for me coz I only stayed for 3days.

It’s not completely their fault. But in the end due to typhoon delayed my flights for a few days, I ended up staying only 1 night for the cost of 5 nights. After weeks of communication between both booking and their management trying to find a half way solution, everything kept unsorted. Until I had to leave, no choice but to bear all the typhoon losses

The location so perfect, just around 15 min walk to the beach. Cheap but so wide and clean

No elevator, the bathroom a bit smelly, they didnt say that the water on the table is not free. No countermeasure for black out.

Book 4 rooms for 11pax and hotel staff were very accommodating. Rooms are clean and worth it, the family rooms are equipped with kitchen and utensils if you want to cook.

Good price. Easy to get to both beaches. Really nice staff.

The bed was comfortable except at my hips. The mattress flattened and put my hips on the wood frame, making them sore. The WIFI was spotty, shutting off several times. I was on the 1st floor with a sidewalk right out my window and people looking in.... literally.

Location was very great. Our stay was excellent because of the staff and the room. We will definitely recommend this to friends. It was a short and sweet stay and made our vacation fun and memorable.

We liked everything at the hotel. Location was great. There are nearby stores and restaurants where we can dine. The place is accessible and we can easily navigate the area.
