The hotel staff are accomodating and guest friendly.Especially the front desk and dining staff.

No tables, cabinets and the mirror was too small.

The original Emerald Bay hotel was full on arrival so they took us to a better one which was really nice, and the breakfast was good

A bit of mildew smell, of course it's the tropics so what can you expect, kinda went away as soon as the A/C cooled the room

Staff are nice and strong internet connection with good AC. They now have umbrella, clothes iron and hair blower to spare for the guests.

Free breakfast - soggy watery taste like hotdogs that even a kid can't eat, also rice and eggs were very salty! Prices for extra order for breakfast are insanely very high like 1pc of small pancake is 80 pesos! 250 pesos for a filipino or american breakfast LOL! I wouldn't mind paying if there's anything special to it. Worst is the creamer and sugar packets are expired!! Shower heater in our room is not working so we have to bear for the cold shower even early in the morning! For each bed there were only 2 pillows and having 4 pillows for each bed would have been nice and more comfy. I will leave my google review as well.

At first I upset BBC’s the photo of the bed that. I book is two when in actual is only one bed In I ask why at the photo I book is two bed in I come is one they answer is the photo is wrong For my opinion don’t post to Incourage customer in when actual is not same is too badExperience

I like the location, breakfast, amenities and friendly staff

You get, what you paid for. You can save money on your accomodation and spend more time on the beach.

No sea view, the room is small and needs renovations. Windows are built in front of other windows.

You have to go up to the 4th floor to have a breakfast which is inconvenient most especially when you have PWD companion.

There's a lot of mosquitos, flies and cockroach inside room and comfort room. Water is not that strong and the linens has stains too.

Really not a great hotel. We ended up leaving after just one night because staying any longer just wasn’t an option.Our room was on the first floor, right by the corridor, where people were loudly talking and even singing early in the morning. The window faced a small street with constant motorbike traffic, so we couldn’t open the blinds without feeling completely exposed.The room itself was very small—definitely not suitable for two people. But the biggest issue was the bed. It was tiny, clearly meant for one person, and we barely fit. We woke up feeling sore and uncomfortable (and we’re both quite slim). On top of that, the bed had a musty, moldy smell.The bathroom wasn’t much better—cramped, not very clean, and the sink was so small that water went everywhere, making even washing our hands a hassle.Breakfast was also disappointing. The coffee was bad, and the food was even worse. The scrambled eggs were cold, watery, and even had bits of eggshell in them.Overall, a very disappointing stay. We wouldn’t come back.

Daily breakfast to start the day, a minute walk from the beach, comfortable beds and clean restroom. Place was quiet

The place was hard to access with luggage but it wasn't that inconvenient since you can hail a ride just a minute walk from the hotel

The reason I rate this 3/10. Point 1 - Very good aircon. Point 2 - Friendly staff. Point 3 - Reslly good FREE WiFi.

The other 7 available points have been lost due to, bed bugs, lack of running water for 2 days, a few white lies on the description (location isn’t beachfront) and the ballache of finding the place! Even the local tour guides who walk the entire beach everyday couldn’t help us.

Very close to the white beach. WiFi was good. Offered breakfasts, but I didn’t try.

Dirty room, dirty bedding. Cockroaches. Tiny bed even for one person. For 2 is impossible to sleep comfortably. The shower door didn’t close.Soundproofing is awful, you’ll hear all your neighbours and staff. Also they allow to park scooters just by the rooms windows, so you’ll hear them too. The room isn’t comfortable at all.

Constant noise! Loud guests .. constantly dogs barking and cockerels screeching from sunrise .. poor breakfast

I saw what i thought was a cockroach (very large go under the bed. ) Room felt unclean after that.

Location is just few minutes walk to the Station 3. Friendly staff. Breakfast was okay.

Slow internet connection. Small room and dirty floor. Shower water pressure was too low. Difficult to take shower.

No room service to clean the room, there are no windows in the room for vedelation. The bed was really small for two persons

You get what you paid. Except for the ‘RULES’ that we had to pay additional 750 per day for my 5 year old son.

The rules that doesnt met what we paid. It didnt make sense that we had to pay additional 750 php for my son per dayWe ended up checking in to more comfortable hotel the second day because we really cannot sleepPlus the airconditioned you cannot aadjust it. We requested for make up room but they said they would only make it up late afternoon. This is really for those who arent picky and can sleep uncomfortably

No view from the window except people passing and parked motorcycles. Also, can hear the notification of text messages from the occupant on the adjacent room

The location is great,few minutes walk from the beach. The staff are very nice and efficient and accommodating.Highly recommended for family or group tour and even you just a solo travel.Quite and peaceful.All in all value for money.
