Alta Vista de Boracay

It’s location is far from the busy station 2, nice and quiet. The free shuttle was great, enjoyed the pool on our last day when it was reopened. Also appreciated the daily breakfast.

They were hit with a typhoon 5 days before the arrival. It was of course a mess and our rooms were damaged and unavailable. But they were able to provide us with 4 rooms. Wish we were contacted ahead of time. The lobby was often a mess during breakfast.

I love the free rides to the mall! The room service response quickly and theu do very good job cleaning our rooms everyday . and all the staff are friendly .

No gym.

Room wasn't ready (i.e. no running water. Had to wait for staff to fix.). Crowded breakfast.

The place is quite far but good thing there is free shuttle service.

Location- highest location in Boracay, peaceful away from people , but has an annoying monkey that is aggressive, steals guests items is what I hear from the locals, very nice landscape, peaceful and breezy.

I don’t like the process of receptionist/front office , all manual recordings, lack of communications between staff, not aware of guest booking details such as number of guests room number , room key is horrible. Although Filipinos are respectful because I am a Filipino myself, but the facilities especially front lobby has to have a better system and more efficient so not to annoyed guest with unnecessary questions and repeated process. Like this facility does not accept any visa and Mastercard room deposits .. this is one start hotel for sure. No telephone line inside the room, TV is horrendous can’t get any signal, also one incident about the free van ride back and forth to station 2 where all the tourist goes. Van service does not follow protocols, one driver uses it for personal despite having my appointment and the number of my family and appointment time is exact. Food is okay , staff are efficient in the restaurant

Cleanliness, aesthetics features promoting nature, room smells really nice, breakfast was good, staff very friendly and welcoming . Would like to mention Kuya Rey and Joseph at the restaurant.

Every thing for me is great. Being far from downtown is not a problem since there is free shuttle that has ac and very comfortable to ride on.

I liked that we have a breakfast buffet as I was expecting it was plated. I also liked the rooms because it is very comfortable and spacious.

It was good to be out of town but with regular free shuttles to town. Close to 2 nice beaches. Pool & jacuzzi very nice. Staff exceptionally friendly, helpful. Good to have fridge & sink/cutlery/plates in room. Room a good size. Lovely grounds

Rooms were a bit dated/worn. Building works noisy into the night. Communication a bit erratic; no mention at check in of pool towels, laundry, convenience store , breakfast vouchers - you have to ask… but all worked smoothly.

Great views and nice hotel. The staff were great and accommodating.

Shuttle schedule method and frequency needs to be improved. Recommend to Shuttle guest from main gate up to lobby due to step hills. Not recommended for guests with small children or disabilities

the location is veey far from city & the bath tub in the CR is very prone to accident

The main lobby, pool and restaurant. All the staff and polite and ready to assist when approached.

Communication facilities. No staff available in the building where we are, had to ring from our mobile phone to contact desk. TV not functional. Need to upgrade facilties and assign more staff to assist clients. Access to shops quite a distance.

Good food and staff no dinner or bar at night and miss leading on the zoning 0 . If I could have got refunded and went somewhere else I would have. And only rides every 4 hours kinda lame

The size of the room, good bed.

The staff at the reception and cleaning were unpleasant, they moved my MC without telling me. Two chargers for mobile and laptop were destroyed by the electrical outlet in the room.Several parts of the breakfast were often out. The location was deplorable and there was an ongoing construction site next door. Saftey box broken, wifi was unsafe conection.

Breakfast is well served. Monkeys may greet you in the morning.

No restaurant or convenient store or a small canteen found on the place. Access on main road is hard since you had to walk uphill if you plan to utilize hop-on hop-off bus.
