Attendants were quick to assist us with our needs, property was located on a prime location.

Noisy neighbors, thin blankets

It was very frustrating!

No internet, tv not working, no towels, not clean, very noisy, the staff were not accommodating.

I did not like the dark in room due rain

the rooms are spacious for its price and easy access to the beach! this was my second time staying here and still never disappoints. if you're looking for an affordable price and walking distance to the beach then book here! ????

slow wifi connection inside the rooms

Accessibility to the beach. Value of money. Cleanliness

Poor wifi on 3rd floor. On our last night while I was showering, there was water interruption. There was on and off water supply while I was showering. Then i realized after, that the water coming out from the shower was color brown. Not sure now if it is the cause of my skin rashes on my back and my legs.

The location was very convenient. Dmall was very close. Beach also very close.

There was no soap in the bathroom. There were bugs in the room. The location entrance was a little unwelcoming because you have to walk through a broken building to get to the entrance.

Location is near the beach, walking distance with all the restaurant and dmall.

The place is renovating, smelled like paint and noisy from doing renovation.

The room was very disappointing. AC wont even cool the entire room and overall the smell of the room was damp and dusty.

I like that there is a little area where you can wash your feet, 1 person at a time.

Yes, the front desk are not friendly even to kids. The people do not even greet guests.Broken stuff everywhere! Tv's are small and outdated and broken, the doors and windows are broken, the water cut off suddenly.

The staff is very welcoming and nice. Close to the beach front.

Wish we could have thicker blankets

The staffs were accommodating and friendly. The room was clean. The AC was working properly.

The location was great it just takes a few steps to reach the beach and for the room its comfy. Surely I will recommend eriko's to friends and acquaintances. The staff are also accommodating and friendly.

When I requested for an extra pillow they charged me with 50 pesos, I just can not with one pillow because of my GERD situation. Hoping that in the future there will be no extra fee for just a pillow or blanket.

Staff, Room, WIFI. When the front desk ignores the guests requests and needs. That's just shows she doesn't know her responsibilities.

our room has cockroach lot's of mosquito and the aircon has leaked. the bedsheet and towel not smell good.

I like the location although it is hard to get to the hotel from the main road coming in as it is far from it and there are few signages.

The faucet and the toilet are not working fine.

My sister left her phone at the hotel and they managed to give it to us eventhough we are already at the airport waiting

good location beside dmall and a few steps away from the beach. room was simple but kept clean

didnt allow early check inour room at the ground floor had poor wifiairconditioning was super warm and its a bit suffocating in the rooms we were assigned insuper noisy at the ground floor

The room next to ours is noisy. I can hear it inside when I sleep. I wake up from the noise of other guests near my room., but the whole hotel is beautiful and the best if you are looking for a budget hotel ?️ recommend this ERIKO'S HOUSE ..
