The beach was nice

Broke a sink glass and was charged 100 pesos LOL, broke a room key and was charged 500 pesos, you just toss them in VEGAS LOL. Overall we got what we paid for - thanks!

Amazing palm lined right between the pool and ocean- Diniwid beach is literally 1 minute to the left of this property- no crowds like in the zones and lots of locals hanging out which is nice- walk out the front of the place, turn left and you can buy beer, liquor or whatever- further down there a couple restaurants which are excellent and cheap- rooms are sufficient and what they lack the resort makes up for it

It was indeed a great stay staff at the front desk especially who check in is very professional and helpful. They welcome us with welcome drinks and gave us the garland made of shell that made our day us even more special from a long trip. Because of this friendly staff we extend one more night in the hotel.

There were time of power shortage in the evening. The noise of generator disturb us from the deep sleep. Power shortage make our room a bit warm.

Great stay and loved how private the pool and beach was. Staff were so friendly and room was spacious.

The pool and beach access are excellent. The room was comfortable if slightly rundown.

Some parts of the room, particularly the bathroom, were rundown, and the mattress was a bit lumpy and uncomfortable. But most everything else was nice.

The place is clean and serene if you are looking for a quite place to stay. Our room is spacious and beds are comfortable. Staffs are very accomodating and they served very good foods.

The poperty is far from the downtown area, but its okay for me coz I like the serenity of the place. I also had a problem with their internet when I am inside the room, and globe network is poor inside. But on the beachfront signal is good.

She also recommended a restaurant that we can try for lunchThe location is not accessible to white beach, but they offer free shuttle services to and from D'mall, which has access to white beach at Station 2

I like the fast and friendly service of the staff. Though the hotel is quite far from the mall, they have free shuttle service to and from the mall which is very convenient for all guests. I also love their pool and beach front view. Highly recommended!

It's no big deal, but it will be more convenient for all guest if you will put some coffee cups and stirrer in the room.

Location is quite far from the center. They do have a shuttle, but it only leaves once every 2 hours so you have to time your activities well.

It was quiet, far from the maddening crowd. Staff were helpful.

Being far though was inconvenient at times - you have to take a trike to go the main food places or sign up for shuttle provided for the hotel. Property was clean though a bit run-down.

Well the hotel is clean and rooms are large. Everything works but the is zero character. I could have been in a rural town in the Mid West US, not on stunning Boracay.

Diniwid is absolutely dreadful. There is no beach. It’s forty and the approach is horrible. There is so much better in Boracay that is authentic and more pleasant. This place is a crappy hotel yiu stay at on a road trip, not a vacation. It looks OK on the photos but it’s dreadful. The hotel is well maintained, but the location kills the ambiance

Because it is a branded hotel, most of its standards are met, especially in terms of service. Staff are exceptionally trained to handle guests. They are always ready to assist with a smile. Never get irritated. Hats off! Scheduled round-trip shuttle to D'Mall was also a plus, especially since the area is a bit far from the center, and it will cost you an arm and a leg to hire a tricyle going to the center.

One thing that did not sit well with me was the location, which is too far from the main road, plus the food, which did not meet my expectations. But overall, the entire property speaks a lot about its brand.
