Red Coconut Beach Hotel Boracay

I have stayed here two different times once for 7 nights once for 8 nights. And both times me and my family had 3 rooms and loved our stay. The staff at the hotel front desk restaurant bar area are the best at any hotel I have ever stayed .

I knew that it would be loud occasionally, but our room was right by the fire show (which was great!) but you could hear the music from the fire show (twice per night) and the club close by didn’t close till 2am. Overall still a great experience, but not the best for full rest

From the moment I stepped foot on the property, I felt welcomed. The staff was warm and the amenities were excellent! I definitely will return in the future.

Although I was accommodated and I appreciated it, I wish there was a better view for the awesome fire show. It’s a must see!

The noise. Between the music/fire dancers at the Red Coconut as well as the surrounding hotels, it was not a quiet or relaxing experience for sleeping.

It’s like trying to live in a disco, music never stops, even at breakfast! Had to leave after first night!

Been around the world 4 times and this was by far the loudest place I’ve ever been to. Noise cancelling earbuds forget it they will not help. Unless you are young or drunk you will not be able to survive this hotel

Awesome location at the beach. Shopping Mall with uncountable restaurants just around the corner. Great restaurant within the hotel. Every evening show and live music on site. Private sunbeds at the beach. I booked southwest for a transfer from and to the airport. Was working efficiently. Rooms are clean but can be a bit noisy from music etc. surrounded. Recommend to lock the values! I found some cash lost. But it can also be that I've lost it on a tour.

Nothing besides a giant cockroach on my veranda the night I arrived. She might get scared of me. Never seen her again.

The front desk RJ was so very eager to help us out during our stay. He even granted us exceptional assistance and made us feel valued. We thank him for the service that he extended during our vacation.

The room was exceptional however there is only one bathroom in the first floor and we are in a family room and we were looking for the bathroom on the second floor.Also the two TVs in the upstairs 2 rooms were not working during our stay

Fire show every night made it impossible to stay on first floor. The A/C brought smell of fuel into the room. They were nice and moved us to the 3rd floor.

Front desk staff, we requested a room change and the hotel agreed at 09:30 that we could move room after they prepared it. It took until 3pm before it was ready, we could have gone out and done something, the delay was deliberate. The two rooms we supposed to be the same but were different in many ways. We had the exhaust from next doors Restraunt putting smoke on our balcony all hours. Pool had algae and not clean.

We stayed as a a family group of 8 including our grandchildren with four rooms between us. We have been staying at Red Coconut for many many years, mainly pre covid and always enjoyed our stay very much. However I have to say the twice a night fire show was for us a bit too much, I also noticed that some other people appeared to be feeling the same way. After the first evening when we were all having dinner and the noise level caused our two young grandchildren, 3 and 4 years old to be extremely upset and with fingers in ears, crying and screaming they had to leave the dining area for the duration of the show, sadly we all made a decision that evening that we weren`t going to be around for any more dinners. I understand that some people enjoy that kind of thing but I honestly believe it is inappropriate when trying to enjoy dinner and chat. Some of us were in the ground floor rooms and my daughter and grandchild had smoke fumes entering their room during the 9 pm show when they were trying to sleep. To be honest, this may have been our last stay at Red Coconut which is really sad.

I had the most amazing stay at Red Coconut! This hotel truly has everything you could want for the perfect Boracay getaway. The staff goes above and beyond to make your experience special, and the hospitality is truly on another level.A special thank you to Raymond and Kevin, as well as several other staff members, who made my stay unforgettable. They went out of their way to help me celebrate my birthday and even surprised me with a cake and thoughtful touches that made me feel so welcomed.The location is unbeatable—right in front of the beach in Station 2, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and shops. The convenience is incredible; the moment you step outside, everything you need is right there.When I return to Boracay, I will definitely be staying at Red Coconut again. I can’t wait to come back!

Perfect stay at Red Coconut! It’s right on the beach, they have the restaurant at your service, and happy hour starting at 12 noon (buy one, get one). Breakfast is great! Perfect options everyday, I would definitely get the breakfast option included in your booking. During our stay, we did not hear any construction noise as a lot of reviews said. Also, there is some noise from the fire show, but it’s nothing unusual, you can still sleep early if you want haha or enjoy your vacation. They also play great vibes of music, usually pacific reggae during the day, loved every second. Great workers as well, very friendly. I would 100% stay here again, perfect place for beach bums :)

Beds could be a little softer, but I’d still stay here again with no doubt. Perfect stay.
