Attentive, friendly, and helpful staff. Very clean room and bathroom . Ambiance was relaxing and nature inspired yet very modern.

Its a bit of a walk to the main street but if you dont like noisy crowds on your vacation then the location is actually a plus.

The perfect location a few steps away from the ocean.

I booked this hotel because of the good reviews. We stayed at this hotel for 6 days and were extremely satisfied.**Location:** Ideal. I can say the location is perfect for both couples and families. The hotel is located at Station 3, a quieter area, but still within walking distance of the livelier Station 2. The hotel is beachfront and has its own sun loungers. If you want to use them, you should wake up a bit earlier.**Restaurant and food:** People really need to read carefully before booking. Breakfast is not a buffet but à la carte. The price includes about 7–8 dishes (marked with a star; the other dishes are not included), as well as water, coffee, or juice. You can eat at the restaurant all day, and it’s paid like at any regular restaurant. Everything we tried was perfect.**Staff:** Perhaps the biggest highlight of this hotel is the staff. Every single person working there is extremely kind and pleasant, always willing to help with various requests. These people truly complete the hotel, and thanks to them, you feel like a special guest.

The only thing that could have been a bit better is the room. Overall, it’s not bad, but it could use some refreshing, as it looks older in real life than in the photos. It’s also a bit darker. This didn’t ruin our stay at all, and it’s the only reason why the rating isn’t a 10.

The hotel restaurant and bar are lovely, nice location if you are looking at staying at the quieter end of the beach.

Our room was a little disappointing, the air conditioning just didn’t work properly which meant our room got really stuffy and uncomfortable. We did only stay for three nights but if we stayed any longer this would have become an issue. We also paid extra for a balcony but the view was bad and the balcony itself had nowhere to hang wet clothes so it was a bit pointless.

The service was truly exceptional. Special thanks to Logene and Samantha at the reception desk, who were always ready to help with any questions or issues we had. Very clean rooms, delicious food at the restaurant and a great clean beach

The property is a little worn and could use some renovation, but it didn’t affect our experience overall

We loved the hospitality, warmth and friendliness of the staff. Everyone was so respectful and the morning and evening view of the ocean was spectacular. The food was also incredible and always tasting wonderful.

Location was amazing. Rooms were clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Great food also. Would definitely stay again.

Best thing about the hotel was the staff. They were all very accommodating and patient with all our inquiries.

The airconditioning was unstable. Sometimes it’s hot, sometimes it’s cold.

I liked everything about the property. The location was placed strategically not too far from the souvenir shops, restaurants, pubs, etc but also not too near to the crowd. We also loved the they have this little private sun loungers near the shore where we can stay and chill.

Nothing major really. I addressed a little concern and they resolved it right away.

The warm welcome I received and the kindness of the staff, anything you needed they assisted you with and most importantly the high standards of the superb restaurant.

Everything was amazing - the portion of the free breakfast and the variety of options were great. The location right in front of the beach was perfect! The airport transfer worked so well, and it was definitely a smart decision to pre-book this through the hotel. Glad they offered it during the initial email exchanges. I was travelling with my mom who's in her 60s so the airport transfer made everything so much easier. The staff -- I can't even describe how amazing they were. They took care of us, they talked to my mom and made her feel comfortable. I will always choose this hotel now whenever I go to Boracay. Value for money, service was on point, location was great.

There was a little issue with the airconditioning unit in our first room. The hotel staff was quick to transfer us to a better room. Although, I'm sure whoever got the first room would have encountered the same issue. Would be great if the hotel could replace the unit in that room as well. The new room had a better airconditioning unit, of course. The staff were attentive to our issue, and were super helpful.

Really, this place is elegant like a small luxury boutique hotel… wonderful beach… classy… good food. It’s perfect for a romantic holiday and you truly get great value. I’ll certainly go again. The rooms feel like a five star hotel as well. Also, it’s not in the dodgy packed area but far away that it’s cozy and feels like your own tropical island.

Very friendly, accommodating and respectful staff. All of them were very professional and would always make sure that they provide the best service. The room was very clean and cozy too. At the same time the location is in the perfect spot, not too crowded and not too far from the usual hangout spots.

Comfy, cozy, good restaurant even though it was pricey. Safe, good staff, good value

We paid for the third floor suite, and it had zero hot water the entire stay and there was no elevator at all.
