The location, excellent customer service

The front is nearby beach. The bar/restaurant is nice to hang out can see the sunset. The staff turned the fan and pointed it at me which kept me cool. That was thoughtful.

The room was clean but far up 3 flights of outdoor stairs. I had a good nights sleep in the room but its not a room you want to hang out in. If you are older or handicapped or drunk you would not pick this room, be careful booking make sure you get a room closer to the front.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient.Glynda, Maria, and Melo were kind, gracious, and attentive hosts.

Everything was perfect. The staff was great and helpful. The resort was perfectly clean, I couldn't even find a piece of paper, amazing. The room was spotless, probably one of the cleanness rooms I've ever stayed in. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of towels. The food was good. Internet was good. Morning coffee was good. Very quiet at night. I slept like a baby. The room size is big. The room had a power strip with Usb charging, good thing for me. The bathroom is a good size. The price for the room is extremely fair.

I was trying to find something I didn't like but can't. Everything was great.

The staffs are very friendly and very accomodating. The location is perfect and the place is very cozy and a very good place to chill and relax.

Our room is 75 steps and it’s very hard to walk up back and forth.

The location is quieter than Station 2 and you can enjoy sunbathing on the beach as it is not so crowded there. The staff were nice and welcoming. The breakfast was okay although it could have included more options.

To get to our room we had to go through quite a lot of stairs, which made it difficult to quickly access the room. The included breakfast did not include fresh juices which you would have to pay for separately and the coffee was very bitter.

Great location. Not the busiest areas of the beach so was good to be here. The rooms around the garden are well away from the beach so it is very quite and peaceful. Received with a welcome drink. Food was good and staff were very friendly.

They have WiFi, but I had to login 10 times a day as it did not retain logins for any length of time. A bit annoying. Getting to a pick up point is a 5 minute walk. No problem for me but good to know if you have a lot of luggage or are not very mobile there is no direct access by car or bus to the hotel.

Staff were always accommodating, full of smiles and greetings. Room was clean as well. Rooms located in a garden so many pretty plants and flowers.

The lights in the room could use some improvement. Almost all lights were very dim except for the one in the bathroom.

The property is located on the beach with a great beach bar restaurant for convenience and relaxation. The staff is great the drinks are priced good the room was the best deal on the island it’s definitely more for your money at coco loco compared to other places I stayed.

The thing I didn’t like was the internet service was poor I needed to continuously reconnect with password every hour either in my room or at the bar. And the other thing I had to live without was television because the picture quality was to poor to enjoy. Sometimes on a extended stay it’s nice to stay in the room and watch a movie that wasn’t a option there. If they could fix the internet and tv cable problems I would say they would be the best place on the islands.

Amazing vibe, clean rooms and helpful staffs. We had a perfect stay. Will come back someday again hopefully.

Staff was exceptional and accommodated all of my groups needs. Won't hesitate to book here again.
