Jony'S Beach Resort

First of all the staff, everybody was so nice, friendly and helpful throughout the whole 7 days stay. I was thinking of booking a more luxurious place next time, but the staff makes me reconsider it, I will miss this kind of treatment. All the ladies on the front desk were exceptional and all requests were made in minutes. Top tier service. Housekeeping guys were always around as well, service was perfect. Location of the hotel - perfect. Quiet area next to the beach, top tier restaurants are around you, 7-11 for quick snacks or drinks is 2 min walk. Most action is on station 2, walking from the hotel by the beach is less than 10 min and it's safe. It exceeded the expectations for the price

If you like to sleep in a cold environment, AC is not the best, it gets room chill but not chilly. As a person of size I would take that into consideration. For breakfast some orders are not available, but if you request, the next day it will be prepared for you. As well, I missed smart tv for the days when it was raining and just wanted to binge watch netflix, or anything online, since there is not much else to do.

The location, staff, service, and everything else were just exceptional. Staff was available to help at all times. Location is amazing. Free breakfast was so yummy, and the restaurant attached to the beach resort has such great food.

For some reason we thought it’s a beach front hotel, it wasn’t. It’s actually across the street.

It's was my 2nd time at Jony's because I liked my 1st stay with my family. It's close to the beach and they have a restaurant that provides breakfast.

When I paid for the incidental charges. They charged me 4x. I realized it when I open my on line bank account. When I called them twice about it to void the other 3 charges. I was told the accounting person was not around. Was told instead to call my bank. When in fact it's their responsibility to fix the problem. They also promised me that they will reach out to me. I never heard from them. They also claimed that they only charged me once. I have the screenshot on the statement of my bank. See attached.

Everything! Location, cleanliness, food…

We had an outstanding experience at Jony’s beach.. the front desk staff were welcoming and helpful and the housekeeping too were extremely helpful and allStaff were friendly.. The place is conveniently located and less crowded. Our room and the common areas was exceptionally clean and well maintained with fresh towels and comfortable bedding. The breakfast was delicious!

The because there was four of us with one elderly the room was small for us but we’re still comfortable

Amazing location, very comfortable and well designed facilities.

The staff were very helpful and made us feel really welcome and at home. Peaceful location very close to the beach and the partner beach restaurant. Our transfers were really well organised. The breakfast at Mayas restaurant was amazing, made to order and lots of juice and coffee. Most importantly a wonderful view of the sea and beach. We appreciated the supply of water from the cooler outside the room. The property is very well maintained. Very sorry to leave.

The room was smaller than it looked like on the photo. There is no switch near the bed to switch off the light so you have to go to the entrance of the room to do so. And there are no bedside table lamps.

Quite possibly the nicest, friendliest staff i've encountered in 55+ countries of travel - they are all an absolute asset to Jony's and go above and beyond to ensure you have an amazing staff. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Jony's restaurant and bar (a few steps across the road) is right on the beach - with some of the best views of Station 1. The food is excellent and it's perfect for a sunset cocktail.

Not a criticism of Jony's but the area has a number of lively bars - so if noise is an issue, I recommend some airplugs for sleeping - especially on Fri/Sat nights.

Location

Breakfast selection (too many out of stocks on standard menu on a daily basis) and very big delays in serving plus a lot of mistakes. The water supply had low pressure in the shower. And the only time I requested the hotel to arrange an activity on my behalf they failed to do so.

Nice location beside the beach, quiet comfortable rooms, and close enough to walk or take a short tuk tuk to the restaurants and shopping of D’mall. Staff are wonderful, so friendly and professional. Special mention to the ladies on Reception Ms. Ging and Ms. Five, and all the housekeeping guys. You made our stay so comfortable and very memorable.

Sometimes it gets loud from a bar located on the other side of the road, but the noise stops around 8-9 pm

Food is served across the street and it was good

It is all of this area of Boracay. Reminded me of a third-world Atlantic City or Virginia Beach. Crowded, cheap, rushed. People seemed to be trying to fit a week of vacation into two days. Very uncomfortable to me. I will not return to Boracay.

The staff is the most amazing thing about this place. They are very genuine and accommodating without making you feel suffocated. Ging and Jody especially are very kind and always ready to help.

Just more breakfast options maybe? But what’s on the menu is tasty! ?

The hotel is just behind the bar and restaurant beach front on a perfect location, the restaurant has a wonderful view, the food is great and the staff is kind and professional.
