Beautiful beach and staff were amazing.

No lounge chairs or umbrellas on beach. on beach. The gym needs a mirror and better mat that can be wiped clean.

The Staffs- The people involved in the whole production to make this place exceptionally wonderful, specially to all the these people who went above and beyond to make my stay a memorable and unforgettable one. They are Mika, Jen, Frank, TJ, CJ, BJ, the Bar tender and the pool people who tirelessly performed their job diligently.

There is one who came to my room in the morning to clean or assess. He wasn’t pleasant when I asked him to come back in 10 mins. I was dressing up at that moment.

The service is top notch! Similar to Shangri-la Boracay, but definitely the best in Station 1-3.

The hallways and lobbies might already need some renovation works.

We didn’t realize it was low season which is fine because we enjoy a quieter vacation but with that, it felt like we didn’t get the full experience. It felt more like a sleepy town. Our room also lost power and no one checked on us after I had called; the manager was apologetic and I felt heard so that was appreciated.

The hotel has, by far, the nicest section of the beach in Boracay. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the staff are friendly and attentive (especially Jigz on the beach!) restaurant and bar on the beach are very well priced.

Vegan options and superb staff service and hospitality. Also, their spa is the best in the island!

I would still receive non-vegan free treats despite previously mentioning already to not do so.

I line it its beach front and quiet but room a bit old need refurbished, and the price is expensive with a small pool

The property was really nice and well maintained.

The AC in our room was broken (but was fixed) and only one of the elevators worked.

Staff is wonderful - friendly, welcoming and so tentative.The rooms are clean.Guys at the coffee shop corner make the best coffee we had in Philippines.

This is not a 5 star hotel. The entire property needs a renovation, especially public area with the restaurant. For the price of almost 400 EUR per night, we really expected something else. The rooms are clean and large but the rest of the hotel is truly disappointing. The beach beds by the pool and at the beach are old, uncomfortable, overused and outdated. Breakfast is also very basic and not many healthy food served.Gym is horrible! All the machines in the gym are either outdated or broken, it is very small and one would expect something like this in a motel, not in a 5 star hotel. This was really an overpaid disappointment that is a pity because the location of the hotel is great, staff is wonderful, and everything could be much better with some investment.

STAFF: The service their staff provides is kind of insane. They seemed to have everything we asked for. Every staff would greet and smile. All of them were very accommodating, especially Andy and Harry, who we would run to when we needed something and they always helped us out. The staff is definitely one of the reasons I would stay here again.CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: The check-in process was a bit lengthy compared to hotels, but that's usually how it is for resorts. The check-out process was very fast though. The welcome drink was really good.ROOM: Every time we got back to our room, it's always newly cleaned and there were always snacks waiting for us! We always got excited seeing those :) I don't know who did it among our Housekeeping GEMs (Chona/Michie/Clinton/Kisses), but they have mastered the art of towel folding. They always left little notes which I thought was very sweet. The galaxy light was a nice touch too. My favourite part of the room was the plunge pool.SHUTTLE SERVICE: Getting from the airport to the resort was a breeze and it came with oatmeal cookies. We didn't have to do anything but follow where the staff tells us to go. They also have shuttle service between Stations 1 to 3 which was very convenient for us.FOOD/DRINK: The were plenty of breakfast choices at Sand's. The taho tatay shows up at 8am :) We also went for breakfast at Forno Osteria, which was more of a Western breakfast. Lunch and dinner options at Sand's were abundant. I especially loved the seafood they cooked on the spot upon ordering.LOCATION: The location is perfect! It is located at almost the end (I think) of Station 1 so it was a bit far from the beach activities (again, there's shuttle service) and away from the crowd. We mostly stayed at the resort so that didn't really matter to me. The beach is just right in front so it's perfect!OTHERS: We booked our activities with the hotel.

They really go the extra mile with good service! Try one of the Signature Suites. They pampered us with snacks throughout the day which mattered a lot, they have mood-pickupers like the towel art. They’re a beachfront resort and have a good wide beach area.

The food was not as great as we expected, but their breakfast was ok.

Great staff as always, the rooms were comfortable, breakfasts were a highlight as well as the amenities for children. Beach area is well maintained.

Frequency of shuttles - probably better to have separate buggies that can go frequently to town.

The room was nice and the food was good. There was also a free foot rub included in the room price which was quite nice. The staff is also very friendly.

Even though I arranged a pick-up ad another hotel in Boracay and confirmed again the day before, nobody showed up. Only after I called did they send a driver, half an hour too late. Also, there was no mention of that later and nothing was done to compensate for this. I wouldn't normally mind but I paid $300 for one night, so I expect a higher standard. At the breakfast buffet, I asked if the omlettes were vegetarian and the chef said yes, and then it had ham in it.

Location was perfect - beach was close, so were shops and the offer for shuttle to airport and restaurants

Very hospitable staff. The premiere one bedroom of the hotel was excellent.

Breakfast selection was mediocre at best.
