The staff did not clean the room during my stay

It’s tropical vibes while staying.

The bed’s foam is quite hard. The towels are also much like abuse, somewhat unpleasant to use and you feel it like a rug. And the staff is not friendly especially the front desk.

Soo loud. Band and music and drag.show starts at 8pm. Then the karaoke and band stage starts and ponding base until 1am each day. Rooster starts 4:30 am and I do t k kw why they have a rooster that close Peopl in the hallways loud and letting theor children scream and while in thir rooms they have theor doors open and the whole 3 floors can heat it through theor doors. Nobody does anything about it. Trans kgbtq drag shows and getting propositioned for sex on the grounds by trans (lady-boys)

Location is great, right on the beach and in the middle of station 2. Very alive. Loud music is blasted at night but this should be expected in Station 2, no issue. Beach was a minute walk from my doorstep; perfect spot if you like to have a swim as soon as you wake up.

Aircon made me sick so had to use a fan at night, but so many mosquitos and bad airflow because windows are locked, so couldn't sleep well unfortunately. Would be better if windows could be opened.Ice cream shop at the front plays annoying music all day long. The last few days loud construction works took place just next to my room all day long and all night long. Sheets, towels, and pillowcases were drenched in fabric softener / conditioner, so I requested linens without conditioner, but took 4-5 days of follow-ups before the staff finally provided them.

Reasonably priced room. Clean, good food and drinks, staff are very nice, helpful and cheerful. Had great fun watching the Transgender show at the Rainbow cafe.

Breakfast was pretty much the highlight.

Property was dirty and had major construction in progress the local vendors blocked the entrance and were quite offensive really quite concerning. But the single biggest problem was the show bar in the middle of the property. The music and sound system was so loud no-one in our group could sleep, we had a young baby who was very disturbed. I will be taking action to recover the costs. I would 100% not recommended anyone to book here.

The rooms are outdated and we were staying at the 3rd flr using stairs only. Unfortunately it was so tiring specially that we have a baby and a senior.The chinese restaurant is not good, they served spoiled rice.

Love the service, hospitality and the ambiance. Customer service provided consistency and clear communication from start up to arrival. My family appreciated everything about Nigi Nigi Beach resort! We highly recommend them :)

Nice location right on the beach. Staff is friendly. You can book tours at a fair price next to the checkin desk.

For the price would have preferred a hotel with a pool. No in room safe.

The location is great, beachfront.The room was clean and quiet, you cannot hear outside noise or loud party music inside the room. Breakfast menu are ok but can be improved. Staff are nice.

Nice boutique hotel with very friendly staff. The location is great, close to the main action but in a slightly quieter stretch of White Beach, which is good for sleeping. I can warmly recommend. Nice breakfast in a relaxed, tropical vibe.

My standard room was basic, but had what it takes. The A/C was of the noisy type, but it worked well and I slept well. Access is by foot only for the last few hundred meters, so you have to carry your luggage over a sandy path through the heat. But the guy from the transfer companies helped me with my luggage.

Room is clean, cool and has adequate space for 2. It is so convenient to go to the beach especially for senior citizens. Staff are very friendly, they always greet us when they see us. Our room package included delicious breakfast. The wifi signal is quite strong. ?

Our wet clothes do noth have designated areas to get dry. Maybe it is not allowed to hang them dry outside.

It was right in White beach, nice big room, nice bed and everything is pink ?

It was pretty basic. All the staff were great and the food was pretty good too.

Better equipped rooms. Microwave water kettle or coffee pot. More then one roll of toilet paper.

Good bed, good breakfast and very good location. They also provided a crib for our baby.

All was really good. The only negative thing I would say not to have handwash in the toilet.
