Disaster!

The hotel stay was marred by inconvenient access requiring a 5-minute walk with bags, severe cockroach infestations in multiple rooms despite complaints and video evidence, and a breakfast that was a meager plated meal (not the advertised buffet) with small portions, a hair in the food, and long waits.Poor service exacerbated issues, like charging 50 pesos per bucket of ice that guests had to fetch themselves from the lobby, making the overall experience unsanitary, frustrating, and unworthy of recommendation.

Location is superb because it’s right by the beach. Also, Station 3 is more serene and not crowded compared to Station 2 so if you want more peaceful vibes, this hotel is perfect for you. Food is good.

Old property. Hot shower is more like a lukewarm shower. Toothbrush and umbrella are not provided compared to other hotels. We asked for another bottle of water in the evening but it seems like they only provide 1 bottle per day since we didn’t get our request.

I will still say that the property was clean and friendly staff despite of the incident happened broken dental glass we’ve been charged PHP 500 for it even I had showed the reception that my son cut his hand due to broken glass and it was not my son fault. We didn’t get any sympathy or apology.

Value, good location, swimming pool. Decent room.

The location was fantastic for the hotel. Right on the beachfront in Station 3. The staff went above and beyond to help in anyway they could, even went to local restaurants to bring food in when there nothing available to eat! Sadly the hotel is lacking in lots and even ran out of beer for several days, we had to tell the manager to go buy some in from the 7/11!!Sadly the bar closes at 10.00pm regardless if customers were drinking and having fun. The food was terrible with little to no choice and you were limited to one glass of juice each morning. The pool was ok but the decking around was full of spongy deck boards and they were rotting and cracked! The lift only went to the 3rd floor which with mobility issues was not ideal!!As we say the staff were amazing especially Lester one of the afternoon waiters. Value for money was not good but the location was truly amazing. Beachfront location with plenty of restaurants either side of the hotel.

Its not i didnt like, its looks old and not updated.. need to repaint it.. the towel also is old already..Maybe need to put a chair outside near the beach area to add for the enjoyment of the guest.

Staffs are very accommodating, welcoming and always smile.They are very efficient to all our request.

The hotel is nice and has obviously had better times, but it is falling apart completely now and nobody seems to care. Staff, reception in particular, were not helpful or polite, restaurant staff also. Missing basic amenities, breakfast very poor and limited (no buffet, also you should choose coffee or juice, you can’t have both). They use the absolute lowest quality products, although their prices are fairly similar or even higher from what you can find in other places in Boracay, so don’t make the mistake to eat lunch or dinner there or to have cocktails. Common areas are not clean, I would not recommend the hot tub. We will not book again.

Front beach

It was in a nice location but the building is old. Facilities are not maintained properly. No generator. Power fluctuates often. Aircon doesn’t cool the room.

The building facilities are already old.. Beacause the bathtub was broke and need renovation.

The only thing to like was the hotel was in the beach, like so many other hotels.

This was absolutely NOT the hotel we intended to stay at. This hotel took the name from a different hotel, and the online pictures suggested it was the OTHER hotel. The rooms were small, the hotel was under renovations/construction. We ended up checking out after the first night and moving to a better hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE! There isn’t even a road to get all the way to the hotel, your luggage ends up being dragged through the sand!

Staff were so hospitable and very courteous and kind.bed was comfortable and clean.

Breakfast can be better with other varieties in the menu; but they're still good and tasty.

The location is good, next to the beach, also that part of the beach doesn't have a problem with tides and palm trees are more beautiful here than in other parts. Also, it's easier to start excursions and water sports from this part of the island.

Breakfast is buffet but you can only take rice and noodles as much as you want, amount of other food is minor and it was given by the hotel stuff, they determine how much is enough for you (all people don't eat same amount, that depends of gender and body size). Breakfast is poor, every day the same. Also, if you did not eat all from the plates, the penalty is 10 eur, so ridiculous. The hotel has a big problem with tiles (bathroom, rooms, corridors), they are broken and fall easily from their place. Housekeeping does not do their job well, always lack of clean towels. Air-condition drips into the room and makes a big puddle, so be careful not to slip.
