The Staff are nice, hotel is clean and easy access to shopping/resto.

This is not a beachfront property, but you can walk to the beach within 6 to 10 minutes.

Breakfast is good, variety of food. Pool is good the shower is amazing location is just right

The pool and garden area were ideal. Room was spacious and bed comfortable.

Room was dirty. Safes didn't work. Had to be fixed. (2 rooms) Mold in bathroom. Rain shower type shower head was broken and leaky. Breakfast was the same old thing for 5 days. (pancakes were good). road was not finished and traffic was crazy

I will rate the staff good only. Even we are Fil Am we were treated average. But if they see foreign guests they treated them with their outmost hospitality. I asked for pool towels and can’t provide. Surprised to pay for H2O, thought welcome gesture!

Our stay was great. We booked the Premier Suite and it was very spacious and beautiful. We also liked that it’s close to the pool and has two bathrooms. The air conditioning was cold and the room was clean. Overall, I really have nothing negative to say about our stay—it was very smooth.Breakfast was good, with the selection changing every day. The staff were super friendly and easy to talk to.If I had any suggestions for improvement, it would be the TVs—hopefully they can be upgraded to smart TVs so there are more viewing options like Netflix and YouTube. Also, it would be nice if the Premier Suite had a power outlet on the kitchen countertop to make it easier to use the kettle.That’s all. Overall, no complaints at all.

Staff were friendly and accommodating, hotel is located just a few meters away from the front beach, many food choices for breakfast every day, dorm room is really commendable for a big group - very spacious, clean, lovely ambiance, fast service, great to have a pool in case of an inclement weather that prohibits swimming at the beach. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable despite the stormy weather! Would love to go back there again!???

It will be good if they can install a hand/hose shower to wash off sand as they only have a head shower and if they can provide a separate shampoo and conditioner not a hair and body wash combined. Please provide hooks for the bathroom to hang wet suits as the room is for a big group and also in the deluxe room. Please also do something about the (urine) smell in the toilet despite continuous flushing the smell seems to stay.

I had a superb stay at Boracay Tropics Resort Hotel! The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the beach and easily accessible to key areas around the island. The property is clean and well-maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxing.The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, and the rooms were surprisingly spacious and comfortable. It’s a quiet place, ideal if you want to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring Boracay.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay in Boracay!

Nice friendly staff. Breakfast was good however didn’t have English, had to request it. The hotel organised our transfers, which has prompt and very efficient. Other transfer companies were charging similar amounts

Pool is much smaller than envisaged

After all amazing locations we have visited, this hotel (especially busy noisy location) was big dissappointment to us. Probably our fault that we have selected this location. We had paid 4 nights but left after 1 night (completely blocked WC was the last straw). I have to say all the staff was very friendly and helpfull. Hotel itself - just not our cup of tea.

The cabana was comfy. Bathroom a tad small but sufficient. Enjoyable gardens, very neat and tidy

At 5.30 the sweeper guys starts outside your room, so bloody noisy. I asked reception couldn’t he start later or in the garden trimming? No, next day same wake up call. Majority of staff weren’t happy. Had to get up and ask for service all night

Pool (even tho water gets warm during the day), happy hour and combo meals, comfortable cabana and they also have dorm rooms, friendly staff, live singer (weekend), breakfast buffet with varying pinoy options, omelette made to order, many shops, restaurants and bars around

Very loud singer, no fresh juice or yoghurt at breakfast, limited international food options, near station 2 (overcrowded)

A hidden gem on the main road. Nice pool, good breakfast, good location. We had a problem with the air con and the staff resolved the issue quickly.

Rooms facing the road are a little bit noisy.
