tv was not good, chickens in the morning (roosters) starting at 4am, restaurant breakfast was very cheap - not even milk for the coffee, no knives to spread butter on toast. Waited over 60 minutes to check in.

Staff are very approachable, clean room, adequate room size. I didnt expect that the water in swimming pool was warm which was good.

Im not satisfied with the shower room coz its small, wet after use and afraid that someone will fall on the floor due to slippery. The shower area was 1/4 glass and only curtain. So water can flow outside of it and makes the whole floor slippery and wet. Better to put plastic door . There is a telepone in the room but there is no directory which we can ask in service, food delivery, call in reception or call our family in the other room. Is that a display? Also in pool area, the lifeguard used only umbrella under the sun to guard the guest in pool in 31degrees Celsius. Which is not good for the employees that may cause heat stroke especially this summer season. Please put right shelter for them so the employees can work properly. Also i expect that shuttle service are free coz other hotel service is free of charge but in this facility is not. Air conditioner are always shutdown and need to operate it again but the sad part was were slept and wake up due to sweat. Its inconvenient especially if were tired of having day activities.

The family suites are fantastic. The units are huge with two bedrooms, each has large king beds, kitchen, living area. The room is cleaned everyday. It is a great place for a family stay. It is walking distance to the beach and even d'mall. The complimentary breakfast buffet is a treat as well. The rooftop pool is also a plus.

There was no wifi in our rooms during our stay. Wish there are shaded areas by the pool especially during the hot hours of the day. Our rooms seem to have a moldy smell but it goes away after they freshen it up everyday.

Location, staffs are friendly and very attentive, pool has a great view, few minutes walk to the beach front, has atm machine nearby, E-trike are always available and the breakfast was amazing!

The staff are not accommodating and very particular about the check out timing. The internet is very bad.

Main thing was all the staff in breakfast area was very unfriendly , ignorant, all of girls looked like they don't want to be there for their job.

- Breakfast outsourced to Kuya J is not on par with the hotel. Understaffed, not enough stock (especially if you like continental breakfast. Jam is limited for example) no hot tea, only coffee or icetea that’s so sweet your teeth almost fall out.- No wifi in rooms only near frontdesk and still very slow

Very friendly staff and great sized room. Location Is not on the beach, but close enough to walk. Also next to main road, so easy to get transportation. Nice pool.

Worst breakfast I've had in 50+ trips to the Philippines. Lots of construction going on, because the hotel is in need of repairs, including pool area.

Facilities were great! Shuttle service was efficient. Very considerate too of our rebooking bec we got sick on our original date. It was helpful that we got a room with living room for our helper and a dining area. More room to run and move around w little children. We will definitely come back.

Breakfast. Poor taste, selection and quality. Saw the other tables also got a lot of leftover food. Had we known, we should have taken room with no bfast and got from Outside instead. Need to improve food. No room service if resto isClosed. Should have hotel room service separately.

I like the room itself but as soon as I got in, there was some smell that doesn't appealing, I believe the map that they used wasn't washed or did put any soap that made some funny smell on the room.

The smell on the room, the food repeats it menu every single day. Hoping they put some new dish not like the same thing over and over again.

Room smelt bad, too many chemicals used to disinfect the room hence the overpowering smell of antibacterial scent. Towels and linen had stains that appeared to be left from other guests with henna tattoos. Room air was moist and damp, and a smell was being emitted from the air con unit when turned on. Over all did not stay and checked out within hours to go to a different hotel.
