The staff here are AMAZING! They surprised me at breakfast with a little cake and sang happy birthday to me. They were so helpful at things to do and anything else we needed. Breakfast was simple but just what you need. The location is near the beach just a short 2 minute walk. The water pressure in the shower was incredible! Enough pressure to wash your hair properly. We loved it here
We loved everything. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again ourselves. Mostly because the staff was so wonderful

The veranda lock can be open easily and there are cockroaches and ‘singsing eta’ or millipede (?).

Staffs were excellent. Service was good and fast. For the affordable price, the services were top notch. Staffs were excellent as they were fast and efficient. Breakfast buffet was also tasty.
Very close to beach , about 2mins, I really appreciate the pool , you can really feel that the water the tiles everything is clean and safe. The staff were amazing, approachable and very friendly, always smiling. Also the food was delicious.

Food was excellent We had dinner there a couple of evenings instead of going outside and walking around and probably not finding anywhere as good to eat

overall it was good but the washroom shower was a liitle clogged water came out from the other side
Borocay Haven was just great. Not the newest of places but close to the beach and everything was clean and neat. The staff were so nice. Our tea was promptly served to the table every morning without asking. Egg station was also really good.
Nothing at all although the pool was freezing but we were there in the cooler months but sea water was warm.
The staff were very accommodating and friendly!The location is perfect- few minutes away from the beach. Good food were served in their breakfast buffet. The hotel is clean :)
Wifi was quite slow. Also, we requested beforehand, upon booking, to have our rooms (booked 2) next to each other but wasn't granted.
