Easy to get to from the beach and the airport.

The food selection for the breakfast buffet wasn't great. I'm thankful I had other options since the breakfast wasn't included.

Nothing. The location near the beach was decent.

AC did not work properly. The bathroom had really bad smell. The bathroom sink splashes water everywhere because the faucet is too big for the sink. The front desk representatives were rude and not knowledgeable of many things around the hotel. Horrible!

Unable to sleep before 1 AM, very noisy, because resort is located on the beach, there were two bars, playing very loud rock music until 1 AM. Smaller pool area needs a touchup, waterfall grotto is falling apart, wires exposed.

On-site prices were excessive, especially in the bar..... Drinks were at least 30% more expensive than in local bars. Bottled water, if you chose to use it in the room, was 80 pesos for a small bottle... Way more than in local shops. The free water had to be delivered by room service which is inconvenient in the early hours of the morning.

breakfast is fantastic especially the pancakes, waffle & tahothe location of the hotel is perfect & best part of the beachthe hotel staff/personnel are very courteous, accommodating, cheerful and presentable (neat and clean looking)

The first room the hotel offered was not only different than I booked, but was very old and smelly. We requested to change the room and it was better, but still the building and its surroundings were just not in good condition overall.

One good thing was the housekeeping; they were awesome and cleaned our rooms at request. Pool was decent, at least our son enjoyed and played with other kids in the hotel.

For a hotel this size and the rooms we paid for the week, I did not like that we have to pay for the amenities - like the pool table and darts. It was not worth it. Our rooms were located a bit far and services were slow. One time, we were told to bring our food to the kitchen as the staff on the phone told me "Oh you're far, can you bring the food to us" - and that staff never came to our room to collect the food. Breakfast is all the same every day. We booked this hotel for a week and was so happy I did not paid breakfast for the other room. The food needs improvement. Rooms were a bit old - the pool next to us was not operating. Beware staying at the Premier wing as this is a bit far to everything.

The facilities is very good, infront of the beach. Staffs are very friendly and accomodating even the restaurant workers.There is a swimming pool nearby in any area ( room) you are staying (3 swimming pools all in all). I liked the place of our room bec its quiet and away from crowd.

- Poor cleaning of room,some sand in the room- No slipper provided. 1 tissue roll for 2days stayed. - Only 2 bath towels provided for 4pax for 2days stayed- slow customer service due to high volume of guest- poor customer service

The resort is located at the beach front. I love the easy access to the beach. The swimming pool away from the big slide was quiet and relaxing. The AC was amazing. The breakfast was good. The landscaping and aesthetics of the resort were very beautiful. I love the Paradise Garden vibe they envisioned. Majority of the staff were very hospitable.

The building we were assigned to didn’t have an elevator. There were 3 of us staying at the resort. 3 of us rented the ping pong table for an hour play. However, the staff prevented my mom (3rd person) from playing ping pong when she just wanted to briefly play ping pong with me. According to the staff only 2 players are allowed, switching players weren’t permitted. The staff was very unacceptable and unaccommodating. We wanted to play other games but we lost interest because of the unreasonable game restrictions. The pool with a large slide has a very nice pool bar but the pool was crowded and noisy with so many kids. Why would a resort build a pool bar for adults with kid pool just right next to it? I wanted to order drinks at the pool bar but I couldn’t enjoy it with kids screaming, swimming and running. It would make sense to make that pool exclusively for adults since it has a pool bar. The swimming pool construction wasn’t thoughtfully built. The WiFi was very horribly slow.

-The food and drinks at the floating bar is too expensive.-The one elevator that is working is slow- 2 elevators were not working- the construction next to our building is a bit loud

Affordable place with easy access to beach and swimming pools. Staff is friendly and helpful.

1,the closet door is making noise as you opened and close it,,short supply of toilet paper,and towels.

The place is so nice especially that I am travelling with 2 kids. The location is okay not really beachfront since you will walk 5mins to the beach. But it was totally good.
