Erus Suites Hotel Boracay

The staff is all friendly and approachable. The price and location is good. Easy to get a tricycle going to places. Very near to Dmall and restaurants.

It was walking distance to the beach in station 3. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It was a nice welcome getting a cold refreshing drink when we checked in.

I liked the location, along the main road, near the convenience store and resto. The staff are kind and they allowed us to have a packed breakfast since our check out was 6am. The is room is big and spacious.

The pillows gave me stiffed neck, I even rented an additional pillow for P100 but it didn't help much. The bathroom has an icky smell and hot shower doesn't work. The pool is very deep so it's not recommended for children. You can hear the noise from the karaoke/band from the resto below.

the swimming pool they should do some improvements because its not good for children its 5 ft and 6 ft right away. they should also have different menus for their breakfast because the last 4 days we stayed we had same set of breakfast everyday.

The location is nice. The room is fair

The room is nowhere near the pictures shown on the internet. The staffs, except for Ms. Maria Mae Tumulos, needs a lot of training in hospitality management. Not helpful! Not approachable. Bad customer service.

I was able to have early check in thats a very big points for me after a long trip we able to rest. Thank you ERUS. Also the room is nice and clean.

Maybe Linens is not quite dried up thats why theres kind of smell.

I like the location even though it is far from station 1 but the road bring access to all. Location wise for me is superb and near the budget mart. It has also a road accessible going to station 3 which is not to crowded and clean. I like the pool area located at the 2nd floor and my room is very accessible in the pool so it is more less hassle with me and able to use it. They have bath robe even though there is no bath tub . Staffs are accomodating and friendly. Room for me is so small but it is good and superb for its price. I can recommend this to any solo travele who will visit Boracay. Tv has a cable and the bed comforter is good. Airconditioning unit is working.

Water heater cant heat the water in the shower area and the toilet bowl looks like any wrong move it will collapse or detached but the shower and the toilet are working properly. They have complete toiletries freebies and I like to toothbrush, it is not disposable. Free breakfast, hope i has a variety or options not only stock to 3 menu for meal and breads but the food is good. Key card is only one, hope they can give at least 2 key cards for a guest of two.

Negative experience, so disappointing !!! I booked a hotel at Erus for a Deluxe Queen (2 Double Beds) as what it says in the my booking confirmation. I called the reception when I learned that my family staying at Erus was given a room equipped with two twin beds. Its hard to explain to people at this hotel who dont understand things. How come these people are working in the hotel industry while they dont know what single, twin, double or queen size bed is? Its unbelievable! People, please be careful when you book at this hotel. The Deluxe Room (2 queen beds) is a scam!!! In my case, they gave me two twin beds! They gonna drain your patience talking to phone or in person with their non-sense arguments. Hello Erus Hotel management, if you are reading this message please do not mislead people trying to scam us with your pointless arguments. We should get the booking that we paid for! What a shame! Ill make sure people are aware about your scam scheme!

We booked 4 rooms since we are a group of 12 but the 2 rooms have the very bad smell of comport room

The best thing about this hotel is the location, it's just a few minutes walk to the beach and very near essential stores - there's 7-11 on the side, the Budget Mart and souvenir shop across the street, restaurants a few meters from the hotel. The room also has a big glass window overlooking the street. I like the toiletries and the slippers, and the accommodating staff.

It could have been nice to have a little swim in the afternoon when the sun is intense on the sea since the pool is partly shaded by the building, but the pool did not look clean, it's greenish and murky, so we did not even attempt to dip our toes in there.

Breakfast - We were afraid after reading previous reviews. But it turns out to be just a spiked customer, which probably visiting Philippines for the first time. The breakfast choice of omelette and the pancakes are too good. I can't add more. The pancakes are just like in Danny's. Very big, fluffy, fresh. The omelette is served with bread and butter. Its very nice, believe me. What else would you want to expect from a very affordable hotel in Boracay? Front office, housekeeping and restaurant staff of daytime and nighttime shifts - they go far beyond their capacity to accommodate guests' requests, we received a refreshing welcome drink and beautiful smiles each time we face the staff. Restaurant attendants are very comprehensive and friendly. You can also feel their family attitude towards each other. That's amazing to see.Pool has a bar, where you can stand with your laptop and work. It has sockets too. The only problem is if it rains or noise from the restaurant until 10 pm. The wifi is still not so good there, even though it is the best signal in the hotel. I just used Globe prepaid internet, it has 5G there and it's pretty fast.Nearby area has souvenir market with better prices than on station 2. Also grocery and drug store are very near.

Dealing with many people working from home , the hotel management should be ready to accommodate guests with office requirements, provide a special place to work, without noise and with good internet.
