Comfortable room with all the necessary amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is in a walking distance from White beach as well as another beach on the western side of the island. Breakfast is a la carte with a good choice of Filipino and international dishes.

There was no space to hide from the sunlight near the swimming pool. A few umbrellas could be helpful

The staff were the most friendly and kind group of people we have met. Everyone always had a smile and were ready to help us with anything. They also learned our daughters name and greeted and played with her every morning. We really appreciate the warmth and kindness everyone showed.

Welcome drinks. The superb staff reminded me of the quality service of five-star airlines! They're top-notch when it comes to warm hospitality. The room I stayed at didn't have a nice outside view, but it was awesome overall. It's a walking distance from both the front and the back beach. Varied and decent breakfast meal selections.

The location isn't close to White Beach, but it is no big deal because the main spots are a walking distance. Maybe the street leading up to the hotel is muddy when it's raining. The local government should improve the road. Also, I recommend that they improve the shower area drainage so that the water does not spill outside the cubicle.

We had a great stay, largely because of the helpful and friendly staff. They took the initiative to make us feel comfortable and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Their hospitality truly made a difference and left us eager to book here again.The rooms were well-kept and clean. The Wi-Fi was strong enough for work calls inside the room—while not consistently stable throughout the day, it was still usable, and the connection was even stronger in the pool area. We also appreciated how clean the pool area was and enjoyed the lively, engaging service from the bar staff.Breakfast selections were good, and the food was well prepared.

I wish they had more facilities like a gym would be nice. But overall, I can't really complain with how efficient the staff is.

The street the Ferra hotels are located on is the best in the area, i loved all the bars and restaurants on it. Nicole and the staff at Ferra were so attentive and kind, the breakfast everyday was great, the rooms super comfortable, was probably my favorite stay during my entire trip to the Philippines.

The shower pressure on the 4th floor wasn’t great, but it was on my friends 2nd floor bedroom. The pool had limited seating to layout and was under construction in some areas but was still amazing.

Everything was perfect, staff were very attentive and kind, the room was big and clean, the location was very close to the center, the breakfasts were delicious. I'll miss this place, especially the staff.

Rooftop is worn and needs a refurbishing. It seems like it may have once been a nice spot but is now empty, tired, and more of an afterthought.

The staff are approachable and helpful. The location is in the middle, so it is accessible to both beaches. The room is spacious and clean. The food is good both breakfast and room service. It is worth the price.

Room is super clean, cozy and everything is matching the description. The staff is super super nice and helpful + the airport shuttle is well managed. Nothing to say, I have extended and would definitely go back!

Pros:The room was very clean and felt almost brand new.Facilities seemed well-maintained.

Cons:The atmosphere did not feel as welcoming as at JG.Staff came across as rather cynical.It was unpleasant when they subtly mentioned Booking.com Level 3 discounts.Recommending Hilot massage for someone with an ankle injury did not feel appropriate.I don’t use other apps, so I can’t compare, but the overall impression could have been better.

Clean and great environment, especially the staff. Close to the best places and both sides of the beach in Boracay. Very good location.

We came back to this hotel after 5 years and it did not disappoint. The hotel was well-maintained so there’s not much difference from how it was 5 years ago. The hotel was so clean, comfortable and feels like home. We had a pleasant rest staying at Ferra Hotel. Will absolutely return again and again.

It would be perfect if it’s a beachside property but the walk is not that bad.

What a beautiful hotel...the top floor pool area was amazing...the staff are the best you will find anywhere...always genuinely smiling...the breakfast was awesome!!!...loved the egg and ham sandwich...a wow!! I really enjoyed the stay in this great hotel! The staff was really kind and friendly! The location of the hotel is perfect to reach the beach! The rooms are very clean and the breakfast was great! Highly recommended! They even provide shuttle bus to the ferry and u can leave ur luggage there after check out! Thank you for the great time :)
