They couldn¿t figure out my reservation

I stayed for three days and they did not male effort to give me another set of amenities everyday. And the blanket cover they never change it. So if you check in that hotel don’t expect that the blanket os clean.

This hostel was an unexpected plan because my flight got cancelled, and my next flight is the next day, so I was trying to find one that was affordable and close to Haneda Airport. The location is super convenient for taking the train to the airport. It was like a 5-minute walk to the station. The staff was friendly, and the room was spotless. We have a separate women's shower, and it was pretty clean and hygienic. I would say it was an unexpected place to stay, but the quality was better than I expected ?

The girls are always nice and ready to give you an excellent service . 100% recommended!! Location is perfect, the place is very clean and the beds are really comfortable . I am definitely coming back!!

No laundry detergent. That’ll nice if they can provide it.

I stayed in both the dorm as well as the twin room on two separate occasions and both times the facilities were very clean and overall super nice. It’s one of the nicest hostels I’ve ever been to! The staff was very kind and helped us with the check in process because of our phones glitching out randomly. One of the staff even complimented my sleeve and I was pleasantly surprised!It was a five minute walk to the station and about a ten minute train ride to the airport.

Location was Quite Good. Cleaning was Amazing. Check inn also very easy & fast

Only not enough Air ventilation Inside the Bed once we close the curtain.

Comfortable, value for money, close to transport and Haneda airport

The staff is really friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here. The room is very spacious and clean. Easy to check in and check out.

It was clean and near to the station. The bed was comfortable and clean however the over all stay isn’t worth the cost

There was a lot of noise of handling things from across the hall. I was staying in the cradle comfort room but I couldn’t sleep because the person next to me was unpacking and packing luggage through out the night. If you have a light sleep , you can’t sleep.

It's perfect! The environment is pretty clean and comfy. The check in and check out process is very convienient. Most of all, the staffs are soooo nice and frendly!

Near the airport, good location for overnight flight, especially when the subway shut down

Staff was extremely accomodating, facility was very comfortable and clean. Check in/out was easy. Location only 300 meters from nearest bus stop.

My area. Small, but all what is needed. Feels like a dorm, but so much better. Everyone having his privacy.First time in that type of place to stay

Area for all. Ok, but I wouldn't have liked to be there a lot. First time in that this type to stay. Thus, unclear what the standard is for this type of hostel.

Private bed compartments! Everything was considered. Charging outlet, nightlight, slippers, even a safebox if you want to leave anything behind.

If you're old like me, request the bottom bunk, or you'll want to wear your shoes going up the ladder. Your feet will thank you.

Needed a place close to the airport for a morning flight and it was a perfect choice. Only 5 min walk from the subway station. Smooth check in/out.Had slippers, towels, toothbrush, tissues and even a hair brush inside the capsule.Lockers are provided outside and inside the capsulise for small items. Very comfy bed and pillow, amazingly clean, with vending machines and I didn’t use but I think it’s a restaurant downstairs.I recommend.

Nice stay next to Haneda airport, just 2 metro stations away. Area felt safe to walk alone at night. There’s a convenience store right across the street and different restaurants to choose from. Beds are comfortable, privacy shade would blackout most of the hallway light since it’s never turned off and they provide flip flops, towels, shampoo, conditioner, etc.

The accommodation shares property with a small restaurant so it can be quite loud when you are trying to check in (by the way, it’s self check in) also, there is food smell carried into the hallways but once you get into the room it disappears.

Compact, comfortable, clean

Everything as description , Cousy restaurant at the entrance and nice staff.bathroom, showers high quality and also the sleeping cabins really private and clean.

- to many email , message after the booking. People are traveling or working.- maybe check in at 15:00 , starting at 16:00 a little bit late and if you arrive early you need to Pay if you leave also a small bag.- for the same price you can book a hotel nearby

It was easy to check in, the pod I stayed in was a good and comfortable size. Nearby the train station that I needed to take the next day early. Easy checkout too
