Hotel Route-Inn Tokyo Kamata -Ayamebashi-

breakfast was good. staff was pleasant

hotel was not in a convenient location.

The breakfast was excellent.

The room was small for the price paid. We did not use parking or spa.

Extensive breakfast spread. Room was spotless clean and well equipped with a remote for lighting and even a small table for light work. Area was quiet and close to amenities (7-11 across the road)

Nothing to nitpick

Location close to Kamata station and Toho University.

Non-Smoking room not available. Smoking room smells horrible.

The Location is convenient location the breakfast is delicious. it is simple but I like the Japanese foods.

Efficient space, clean, quiet & breakfast onsite was superb!

Great place for the price and very easy to get to from the airport. Very close to a great market, food and public transportation. Staff were great. Facility was clean, comfortable and looked like new.

Prompt and possitive response to our request during booking. Good complimentary breakfast and onsen.

The noise from the road

The breakfast is super awesome. The room is very clean, and the stuff is extremely nice to me!and they have a huge tub!!!!!

The location is in between 2 train stations... Super convenience..Kids friendly hot and the staffs were helpful and can understand english

The public bath was lovely. The room was small but very clean and comfortable.

i like the buffet foods in the morning and public bath onsen we’ re enjoying much. all staff is fruendly and nice the view and location is perfect. im pretty sure that i will come back again here to stay. hopefully to a non smoking room and clean curtain

i upset because i thought i booked the non smoking room but when we get there in the room its smoking room thats why my frend allergy triggered to the smell of the room. and the curtain is dustful

Location of hotel was good. Hotel staff were polite and helpful. Public bath was decent. Parking was available at 1500 Yen per day.

Water from toilet tap was milky, although there was a notice saying that the water was safe to drink. Wifi access in one of our rooms were intermittently disrupted. We were allocated level 3, where the window faced the window of the neighbouring building.

It was great. They provided variety of food so I could choose what I like.

Pillow was not soft enough to sleep on and got only one.It would be better if I had one more to get comfortable for sleep.

Simple but tasty breakfast, 2 metro stations nearby..
