Toyoko Inn Kawasaki Ekimae Shiyakusho-dori

Clean rooms, great service!

Good location , good stuff , Good breakfast

Great location, 30 mins to Tokyo, many eating options and cinema nearby

Rooms were clean but very very small for 2 adults with luggage.A tall person would not fit in the bathroom or shower without hitting their head. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were like sleeping on a bag of rice

Staff were friendly, checkin machines available in English. Very well situated.

Bed was quite hard.Bibles…

Breakfast great plenty choices, being replenished constantly. 3 kinds of soup great coffee machine. Ice available.

Everything good!!!

really liked the hotel, all the staff treated my family very well, from the reception to the person who served breakfast and the guy who takes care of the parking lot, except for Natsuhara who was at the reception!!

I didn't like the way the receptionist Natsuhara treated me! When you choose to work in customer service you have to be friendly and attentive and treat all nationalities with respect!!!

As with the previous Toyoko Inn hotels , the facilities and staff were good. The staff were accommodating and helpful when I had to leave a day earlier than planned. There is a second hand electronics store about 1 minute walk, which cane in handy when phone went kaput.

Nothing I didn't like, all was good.

Location was good and close to the train station. Only 20 minutes away from Haneda airport by train. A lot of restaurants and shops close by.

Toilet can feel a bit small. Mattress was a bit hard.

Just a short walk from either of the local stations.

The fact that booking through Booking.com removes Membership privileges given to members booking through the Toyoko Inn website. This seems unjust to me.

Great location if you’re arriving or leaving from Haneda. Lively area. Lovely staff, good breakfast included. Comfortable room. Unfortunately booked out for our dates at the end.

Nothing all good

Location and clean

The room was so small totally unsuitable for two adults there was no place to open your suitcase you had to keep it closed to move around the room, would have been ok with just a single bed

Amenities, shops & train station were all a stone's throw away.

Room was small, but it's like this everywhere in this part of town.

Amenities, shops & train station were all nearby.

Although it was a smoking room, the corridor was filled with smoke smell. Compared to my earlier stay, the other room (on a different floor) was way better.

I found the staff exceptionally polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good, and free with room.

Mattress was not the best.

properties near to the Kawasaki station and near to the market, eateries.

Room size was, very small. We took the breakfast as a complimentary, but most of the Breakfast was Japanese and there were very few options for Continental.

Breakfast was surprisingly good! I’ve stayed at other properties in Kawasaki and this one has one of the better breakfast options!

Typical small rooms with almost no space for large bags of any kind and no closet either. Just a small foldable carry on bag holder for one bag but there were 2 of us sharing the twin room.

Good location.

Staff spoke very minimal English. Rooms were small and bathrooms smaller.

The location was very good but the rooms are extremely small. Even the breakfast was monotonous. The staff was very kind. The overall experience was very good!

The shower head came off and the bathroom was flooded with water and the toilet paper got wet.
