Clean and good price. Located next to train station, 7 -11, and shopping center and restaurants.

I really appreciated the cleanliness of the room, as well as the little complementary things. While I didn't need it, the cell phone available to use during your stay (free) could be fantastically useful for travelers.

It was my 2nd time to stay here , near train station , direct bus from Haneda Airport , many shopping malls around hotel , near Toyota rent a car. Hotel staffs are speak English fluently.

Everything was great. Room was quiet and clean and I had a great view. The room was a bit larger compared to Tokyo hotels in this price range. Hotel is walking distance to the train station. (There are several different entry and exit points at the station.) Direct lines to many popular Tokyo locations for example, Shinjuku. I used this as my base to travel in Tokyo. Yokohama is also a quick train ride away.There are lots of restaurants, malls and supermarkets very close by. Quite lively area but not touristy.There is a limousine bus near the station for transport to Haneda airport. You can travel to and from Narita Airport via the Narita Express...it was very easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff is always helpful, and location to JR lines through the shortcut to the New South Gate makes it the optimal hotel. If the weather is very clear you can see Mt. Fuji as well in the horizon from the elevator bay.

The roomWas way too small for 4 ppl and the arrangements for our bedding made it really hard to sleep and despite telling the staff the issue they did nothing to makeArrangements for bedding.

Ever reliable in quality and service, this hotel provides all you need, with highly professional and exquisitely courteous staff. The breakfast is outstanding, with equally top service. The location, slightly out of the bustling centre is quiet and peaceful, next to a lovely shopping centre and well connected to the centre of the city. We stayed here several times and were always fully satisfied.

The location is fantastic, just 3 min walk to the station and there are buses that drive you directly to Haneda airport. In addition within like 20 min you can reach Yokohama, 10 min Kawasaki, which was great for shopping and exploring some nice food places.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Just next to train/metro station. Around the hotel there are many shopping malls and stores. If you are walking around especially late evening hours you can see many narrow streets with many pubs and restaurants. Great service, great experience. Highly recommended.

Too overpriced and small rooms! After staying at least 3 times a year for the last 3 years to visit my daughter in college. There are no rewards program or discounts for repeated customers. The staff is amazing, but the hotel is well overpriced and not worth it based on the market. It is great for business trips, but not for families needing monetary values.

The room has a great view and the bed is very comfy. The location of the hotel is also pretty good with easy access to metros & JR train stations.

My husband & I stayed at the Richmond Hotel Premier Musashikosugi for 8 nights in early October. The staff were pleasant & welcoming, and the location was perfect for our needs. There are any number of restaurants around the hotel (including McDonalds), a 7-11 just across from the hotel, and it was a very easy walk to the train station. The hotel offers good toiletries and other amenities in the lobby. The lobby has a few chairs, but is not a space to spend any time in. Our rooms (1710 and 1711) were small, as are most hotel rooms in Tokyo, but they were clean and comfortable. The rooms had a small refrigerator and a small table & chair/stool. As well, there was a long desk/table across the length of the window, with a chair. The shelf above the closet & the wall hooks were useful. Breakfast was not included in our room cost. We paid for breakfast one day & it was a good buffet with a lot of options. Every morning you choose whether to have your room fully cleaned, to just get new towels & water bottles and have the trash emptied, or for no service. (You do this easily via the TV.) Every 3rd day, the room is fully cleaned. It was helpful to have the use of a washing/drying machine. Laundry soap is already in the machine, and one machine does both the washing & the drying. A load costs 500 yen; pay with an IC card or 100 yen coins. We enjoyed our stay at the Richmond Hotel Premier Musashikosugi and would stay there again.

The beds, although comfortable and with good linens, had one side against the wall, making it challenging to get in and out of bed, and no side table or ledge for your book or glasses.

We were able to get an early check-in which was perfect since we had just come from a cruise terminal. The hotel was very clean and well organised. There is a shopping mall just across the road.

Rooms are quite small but everything is available.

The hotel was pretty close to the train station, and the size of the room was good. Breakfast tasted good as well. Loved this part of Tokyo, clean and enjoyed seeing the trees in the city.

I like that it is in prime location.

There were some empty plastic left behind by the people who stayed there before, which made me a bit uneasy, wondering if they really changed the bed sheets. And since the walls in Japan are usually thin, when we went out for dinner, we could actually hear a couple moaning while doing their thing.
