did not like buffet -would like a regular restaurant

Literally so convenient for layovers — even had free toiletries! I forgot my toothbrush, so it helped me so much! Loved the bathroom. Free waters!

Great location close to the airport. It was a little tricky to find from the Train Station. Signage could be improved.

Nothing - the onsen requires no clothing to be worn which took us by surprise... but it is common in Japan apparently.

Excellent and convenient location for an airport hotel (especially if you are flying in and out of Terminal 3 of HND)The hotel is within the Haneda Garden Mall - a good collection of shops, restaurants, and even a Lawson convenience store inside. However, expect airport pricing.Breakfast was good, with some simple spreads at the buffet table and a la carte choices of Japanese or Western breakfast.The mini-bar was included in the room price and was replenished daily.Onsen access is inclusive for hotel guests.The hotel did a great job accommodating left luggage (I was checking back in again in a week) and Tac-Q-Bin deliveries.

The room was a bit cramped (especially as I had a lot of luggage and a baby cot)The onsen was extremely crowded during my stayThere are only 2 lifts to connect hotel lobby level with the main mall / airport level - if you have trolley you must use the lift

There are 2 hotels here, the Premier and The Grand, the Premeir is beyond beautiful. The staff greets you with a bow and a smile. It so easy to get to the airport from this hotel!

It’s a little bit away from some of the towns.

They also gave free access to the Natural Mineral Water Onsen onsite. The hotel is located within walking distance from Terminal Three. I had three wheeled luggage that I had to move so it was very convent. This hotel also never had a delay/long line at the check in counter.

The convenience of being inside the airport. The gym, the onsen, the shopping, the restaurant variety, the staff attentiveness and customer fiendly and helpful.

Expensive to request a late checkout. It costs 33% of the nightly rate for three additional hours.

We always stay at this hotel when we fly out of Haneda Airport. The hotel is located right inside the international terminal and is just a few minutes walk to all the shops and restaurants. The room is spacious and super clean. The staff is attentive and friendly.

The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms was beautiful, great size and the view was perfect. Being connected to the airport was amazing, as we were leaving the following day.

Location was very convenient. The amenities were outstanding. Rooms are roomy and extremely clean. There are just so many conveniences.

Location is the best which is connected to the airport.We could see Mt. Fuji from the window.When I needed help to find medical clinic on early morning, the staff was so kind and tried to help much.

I can not find any suggestion to the hotel.

After a beautiful trip through Kyoto and Osaka, this hotel gave us total peace (received our forwarded suitcase from Osaka) before flying home. It’s rare to find an airport hotel that feels this luxurious and calming and waking up already inside the airport connected to Terminal 3 was so convenient. The front desk staff were always so kind and even held all our luggage after checkout since our flight wasn’t until 9:20 pm. It made our last day in Japan exploring completely stress-free — highly recommend!

Extremely helpful staff, beautifully appointed room, rooms and restaurants.

The location is great. Very close to the airport train line so it was easy to go to the other terminals early in the morning. The hotel is located very near restaurants and a convenience store too. The best part of the stay was the spa on the top floor. It was beautiful and super refreshing.
