Hotel Metropolitan Kawasaki

Very nice and clean.

Location is great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and quiet, could barely hear the trains.

There were no towel bars or hooks in the room for hanging towels. I had an accessible room but no place to hang a towel.

The staff was very kind and helpful, especially with getting around on the trains. They also helped us contact the airlines after our flight was cancelled and accommodated us when we had to stay an extra night

Location and good transportation to the Airport

Our toilet is against to our bed so the light is bothering each use toilet

Great location by the JR station. The staff was also very kind to inform us that we could watch the fireworks show that day from our room, which was awesome!

All can be reach just 5 minutes walk.We booked special family dinner on 31 Dec.'25 in Terrace & Table Restaurant, various kind of foods have been served very well and delicious.
