    Pros +

    • It was not too far away from a station
    • For the price you get what you pay for. Room was big, but a bit random, used to be games room it seems. However location good, opposite 7/11 and near to Kawasaki Station. For the money it was satisfactory.
    • It’s a kind of close to the station.

    Cons -

    • The hotel is old and run down. But fpr the price, maybe I could not expect more.
    • The room was on the ground floor, ceilings were exposed to pipework, I think it was going for a rustic engineer type look. Random things in the room like a printer, gym weights and bench, so I think it’s a storage room converted into a bedroom.
    • The bathroom smelled a lot like a drain. The walls and door had some stains. The kettle and table were not cleaned enough. I will never stay here again.

I stayed for one night, and while the room was on the smaller side, it was perfectly suitable for my short stay. Since I had a small bag, the space was more than enough for me. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the cozy atmosphere. Overall, it was a pleasant experience for a quick stopover!

Cheap price. Good location. Stuff was kind.

Windows were completely opaque and couldn't be opened at all. Not even an inch. So actually there was no window. Just a bunker room. It was OK for the price but I couldn't stay there any day longer. The little funny smell didn't bother me as much as the completely sealed window :(

The staff was friendly and waiting for us as we got into town late. Check in was super easy.. The air conditioning felt great in our room.

    Nothing really.

Staff at the reception spoke English and I could store my luggage until check-in. Very close to Haneda Airport, 7/11 right across the street and an interesting shopping area nearby. The room itself was relatively large.

Bathroom smelled unpleasant at times, one day there was no hot water for showering at all. The room was very dark because the window only leads to a very narrow space to the neighboring building. This also means when you open the window the neighbors can look right in. The lock comes with an old-fashioned key, no key card. No problem with that in and of itself but there's no additional latch to close the door securely. The door is locked when you're inside but anyone with a masterkey or basic lockpicking skills can get in. I would very much welcome an additional bolt on the inside of the door! Overall you get what you pay for which is fine for one or two nights before or after a flight via Haneda, would absolutely not spend a longer vacation here.

    Location and price

The hallways were full of random things and the bathroom smelled off

The property is clean and a decent price if you are staying for couple of nights only. There is 7/11 store at the front of the hotel. The staff is friendly they make sure to get us a ride to our destination.

The room is small other than that its great. The staff respond quickly and check your room if you have questions. Friendly environment. Its 40 minutes ride to taxi to disneyland that cost 120$ its by choice because we do not want to walk 15mins to the train station for there is no side walks. If you are going to tokyo japan better get a data/ internet to tell you where and what to do.

The staff were incredibly helpful and accomodating. We were nervous to travel with our cat for the first time and the staff secured safe transport to haneda airport on our behalf. We couldn’t be more grateful.

The shower curtain had a bit of what looks liked black mold or some kind of dirt. We only receieved one towel set, and when my partner asked for an extra towel and extra pillows for us both he only receieved one face towel (no body towel) and one pillow

The place was cheap and near the station.

Room smells bad, can hear noises from the other room.

I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone

Nothing at all except nice staff. The manager of the hotel is cruel. The hotel is like a garbage heap with stuff piling up in all areas.

    10AngelPosted on: 11-26-2023

The room was exceptionally clean. I was a bit hesitant because of the low score reviews. They provide the essential amenities however the hairdryer was cold so it may need replacing.

    The staff was friendly.

Cockroaches all over the room… It wasn’t clean

After initial concerns about the quality of the room (it is a bit old and grumpy; the low rating on the booking doesn't add the appeal for this pace), it turned out to be okay, especially for the price. If you need a hotel to sleep in and if you're on a budget but at the same time want your own space, not the hostel style, I would say it is a good option, considering that all other hotels around this area start at least 11k for two (including the discount from booking).

It had a bit of a smell, and white is more like yellow, but it is explainable considering the low maintenance and age of the building. Wi-Fi is on the slower side, too.

there's lift, nice place, easy to find, 650m from nearest stn which is only 10mins by foot. i arrive late but there's still someone waiting for me to check in.

there's small cockroach in my room. since i'm only in the room at night it doesn't really bother me that much but still it would be better if no cockroach.

great pricehelpful staffconvenient location if you can't be in Tokyo directly but still need an useful station nearbysizeable room considering the cost

the elevator is a guillotine lol, be sure to learn the kanji for "open" and "close" and be quick to exit if you don't want the door to close in on you
