Self check-in and that it was situated in a really good area.

Really small

The location is good. Room was ok size for our group size of 3+1, with some cooking utensils and washing machine quite helpful. There is a coin laundry within walking distance with dryers. There's a family mart next door, although we mostly did our shopping at the Tokyu store supermarket at the JR station south exit.

No cleaning until 6th or 7th day piles up the garbage very quickly. I think it would be better if we could at least leave the daily garbage bags outside the room for cleaning staff to clear. TBH, it maybe an option too, but I could not verify since there is no reception to check this out. Not having the room made up daily didn't bother us, but the garbage piling up did.

Absolutely awesome place to stay. Especially after coming there straight from the airport after exhausting flight. VERY comfy beds, close to the airport and easy check in.

The room was very clean. The location is perfect. Easy to checkin eventhough there was no staff

The space was great and I like how it was big enough for me and my friends, we had a washer/dryer and it was very close to the train station

Clean place & easy transportation walkable to the train station, good friendly staffs.

The only thing i didn't like was the bidet was not working properly we had to reset it from time to time. The staff told me that they can move me to another room but if i want to move but i declined to move.

Not much - very hard to communicate over video . . . no human being around to help with anything. The bed was comfortable . . . that's about it.

Didn't like that there was no human available. And the hall carpet was a mess!

Very roomy. Bathroom and restroom are separate.

Room size, the toilet separated, had kitchen. Highly recommended if you had a flight to Haneda Airport the next day. very close to Kamata station walk 10mins and Keikyuu Kamata with 8mins by taxi. convenient store family mart

When I check in and want to input the pin number on the door is hard and very sensitive. but they are very nice and helpful by call / video call by english or japanese.

The place is really nice and clean, what you see in photos posted is same. Beds are comfy and room is big for tokyo accomodation. Would really recommend and be back to this location

Location is far from central Tokyo, its location is in residential area.

I got a value deal with last minute booking. Big space for just 1 person.

Lack a bit of human touch. All via video face time to check in. Also, can't do delivery to the hotel - no one to attend.

Very close to the kamata station and the convenience stores. The room is the same as it shown.

Good location, close to train station and the area has a lot of food options and even a mall with grocery. Close to Kawasaki which has a good Book Off store. Even if there’s no reception, check-in was easy and staff is easy to talk to via chat. There are even umbrellas that you can borrow

The heater took me a while to figure out how to operate even with the English guide on the website. How we got it to work was: using the controls on the heater by the tub, press the power button. The temperature on the left is the current setting. Use the arrows to adjust it any way you want (we set it anywhere between 38-40 degrees). Note that this setting applies to all water sources, including the kitchen sink.

Quiet at night, walking distance to family mart. About 15-20 min by taxi cost around 3000 yen from Haneda airport. Have washing machine but no dryer. Need to hang in bathroom took long time to dry

Please change the washing machine with dryer function

We had a fantastic experience. The location was convenient, as we were near the station, a supermarket, and a local corner store. There were plenty of nearby shops. Check-in was effortless, and the rooms were just right.

Nothing we didn’t have any problems at all

Just stayed for a night. Over paid in my opinion. Had enough beds for my family. Was quite compact. Pictures deceiving.

Overpowering smell of mould in the lobby leading up the the elevator. No ventilation at all.
